Not our HR department. One of the hiring managers showed me some resumes. Rife with spelling errors and other "African American vernacularisms" one even misspelled his high school.

Always the type that’s halfway through an MBA, majored in the primary education their organization recruits and actually smart: then you have the 99.5% of recruiters that are actually just using a paid for resume scalper to get a cut of your sign on bonus lol

They're also supposed to filter out applicants so actual working managers and engineers don't have to waste their time. Good recruiters are rare though, so everyone else ends up doing most of their work for them.
