Down in the hidden comments because of massive downmarseys, a user posts unintetional bait of saying child molesters deserve the worst treatment and someone falls for it hook line and sinker

I've been called a child molester and kid diddler. Called a chomo in prison and had numerous death threats because that definition can be given to anyone. I am sorry and devastated about what I have done. I'm not a libertarian though. I was horny, curious and stupid. Now I have to register every 6 months and have a new car payment in therapy and fees. 25 years I'm going to be called a child molester and have to get used to being called the worst of the worst. All of my family's numbers and addresses are online and they have been called by scammers and vigilantes. That's the whole point of the post. You can be lumped into that title and then you are the enemy. Easiest target to be “tough” on and it has been used for decades. Trust me in that the government is not easy on s*x crimes. So many laws and passed initiatives are solely there to add additional punishment after jail. You just don't hear about it cause as soon as a s*x offender complains it's, “Frick you chomo”. Also some states used to consider being gay being a child molester. It's very easy to be branded that.

See? I downloaded a file off the internet. Never touched anyone or ever thought to touch anyone. Still called a child molester. Judge was like that too. He was known to be tough on s*x offenders. Thats what got him hired. Pretty sure lots of judges and law makers get hired from that same stance. He straight lied and misquoted me while sentencing me. They are absolutely allowed to do that. I was surrounded by other felons and my lawyer asked to be discrete so I would not be killed. He then said I wanted to touch kids and then gave me the highest bail he could with the highest level of monitoring if I posted bail. I said to the cops, "I want to get help so I do not get to the point where I want to touch anyone. Do you know any good therapists?" Judge took that and ran with it. Had to take a plea deal because people like you would be on the Jury.

Absolutely no mention of the many layers one has to go through to first decide they're curious about this sick shit, find out where it's hosted, read a few descriptions, and download something.

• He has a wife who has stood by him despite his crimes plus that he cheats on her

• He justifies that his cheating isn't real because it happened online, but also justified because she doesn't frick him enough

I got a felony for possession of CSAM. The fbi had no evidence other than my stupid mouth. I never had the file on any of my devices as I deleted it as soon as it downloaded. Changed my mind. They almost got me for distribution since it was a torrent file. They did get me for deletion of evidence though. Was I supposed to keep it and turn myself in??? Judge even misquoted me and I couldn't defend myself or I was going to get it worse. Lawyer told me to just be quiet and let the storm pass as the Judge is a hard butt and hates SO's. Got the highest bail and highest tier house arrest if posted. Spent my time in solitary which still gives me nightmares. I think they turned the ac all the way up as I couldn't even touch the walls they were so cold. They stated I was in the Covid wing so I couldn't get any books and was not allowed a pillow. I just put on all my socks and clothes and stayed wrapped in my sheet. No blanket either. I'm freaking out just thinking about it. I just remember my legs hurting when laying down at the “mattress” was the thickness of a yoga mat.

When he says the judge misquoted him, it's that he said "I wanted to be caught and stopped before it got worse" to the police like it would make his case better and instead only further convinced them he was working up to diddling a kid

Don't forget the s*x offenders who have one charge and have never been in trouble before or after. You should look at the list of things that can get you on the registry. Judges and politicians found a class to prosecute instead of protect and everyone is gung-ho about it. I downloaded a torrent file with a 16 year old in it and im on the registry for 25 years.
