I use the brisket I smoke in ramen since I always have massive amounts of extra to freeze. smoked meat/asian crossover food is bomb.

Yeah it really does, I'm cooking on gas and it gets my olive oil smoking within 2 minutes. Crazy stuff. Not having issues with it sticking either, as long as I keep it hot.
This was a wagyu steak from Snake River Farms for my dad's Christmas present. Honestly find the wagyu harder to cook than an average steak, you want to cook it longer than you think to really render that marbled fat.
