Imagine the visible impact this will cause as the state greens quickly and the water flows filling her streams, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs thereby exposing the grand deception of drought as being the cause.

The drought was part-hoax because they pretended the water they dumped for the environmental stuff just wasn't there when they put out data telling everyone not to water lawns and take shorter showers but that was more journ*lists being journ*lists and part the Cali govt doing what all govts do in a long-lasting crisis. You'd have to be out of your mind to think the state govt is just hiding secret lakes or something.
