I'm surprised about my shoulder score, I thought that's what was making proper form for ohp tough for me but I guess it's the "overhead" part π€

I think shoulder score is more for holding the barbell at the bottom of the squat.
vs your shoulders being so stiff that they pull your torso forwards at the bottom of the lift
