I have about the same score as you but my ankles are 100 and my shoulders are in the potty.

My postchain sucks too, I think that's what hinders my squats. It's weird how no one really talks about that online - it's all either ankles or knees.

I'm finally squatting again without knee pain which is nice. I'm not sure whether it's GOWOD or the 8 generic knee pain exercises that the physio gave me.

I think shoulder score is more for holding the barbell at the bottom of the squat.

vs your shoulders being so stiff that they pull your torso forwards at the bottom of the lift
