isnt the userbase of wpd like x20 rdrama ( in population of indian users not in quality), it would have to have people not even occasionally checking it in a second tab to fail

WPD averages iirc around 140k DAU, but they're primarily 1) idiots and 2) people there to watch dying, not engage with anything, just consume video out of curiosity or horror or whatever. WPL won't appeal to almost all of them honestly. We think it can appeal to enough of the core and second string users though and eventually turn into its own very real thing.
It's off to a nice start I think. I'm enjoying engaging with the new mechanics a lot and I love the aesthetics so far.
