USMCA was a paused until Apr 2nd (tomorrow)

but there's still a lot of stuff beyond USMCA + separate tariffs on steel/lumber, it mostly just exempted stuff like cars, while Canada still has 25% tariffs on tons of stuff in retaliation and will soon triple them.
