@BlitzenGod I know hoe wants me to tell you to replace all your meals with chewing gum and smoking cigarettes, and this kind of stuff does work, but only for people with self control (not you)
Thankfully for you, I hate fat people so I will give you good, real advice. You will not lose the weight in 2 months, you have to make small, sustainable changes so that you don't immediately give up and start binging
Step one: For 1-2 weeks, don't make any changes to your diet, just accurately track everything you eat and drink. If you need help with it, lmk, but a food scale is essential. You can't make changes if you don't know exactly what you're eating, and how much
At your weight I'd estimate you eat around 4000 calories, but you have to track to know for sure
Step two: identify the calorie dense foods in your diet, and swap them out for something less fattening. This shouldn't be too hard at 300lbs, but even some healthy foods can be deceptive (avocado, nuts, olive oil, dried fruits, etc)
Once you cut out the pop, beer, pastries, whatever, the first 50lbs should be pretty easy to lose
Step three: eat for volume, and focus on high-protein, satiating food. Ffs find recipes that you actually like. Crash diets don't work because fatties make it needlessly difficult by torturing themselves, low calorie food can be delicious if you know how to cook. Again, lmk if you need help with this part
Step four: Once you've lost the first 50, start lifting weights, and doing some moderate cardio. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. But honestly exercise doesn't burn that much on its own, and you will hate your life if you try to run the weight off. Start by just walking more, finding activities you genuinely enjoy, and you can work your way up
Anyway, you're probably not going to listen and are just going to get fatter, but hopefully I'm wrong
So out of the two of us, you've been the creepy one the whole time. My hernia is in that picture actually, it's just really small. You can repost it for all I care.

All right. I don't know if you're serious or not. If you are, download the LoseIt app. The only, real, effective way to lose weight is Calories In, Calories Out (CICO). Exercise is fine, but you can't out run a bad diet. LoseIt will trim your caloric intake down over time, so you don't immediately go to 1700 a day at 330lbs. You need to buy a kitchen scale too, go on Amazon, they're $15. Count and weigh literally everything you eat. Take a week and count the calories you would normally eat, then cut from there. You can do this. Eat less, eat better. More protein, less simple carbs like sugar. Think of calories as budgeting, you want the most for your money.

With an answer like that, I can't believe you're serious. For anyone that is, take my advice.
Peanut butter is calorie dense as shit. A tablespoon has 100 kcals, they give it to Africans to gain weight. If you don't have a scale, get one and stop eating so much peanut butter
Bro I tried eating salads. The difficulty with keeping your calorie intake low with salads and stuff is that I felt ill throughout the one week I tried it.
Peanut butter makes my hunger go away and doesn't make me ill and I don't feel as bloated afterwards as after eating burgers or fried chicken strips

Eating salad is a meme. You need to:
learn to cook for yourself - a balanced meal of a protein and green veggie will fill you for (300cals woman portion) (450-500cals man portion). Learning to cook is the best thing you can do for yourself. Just remember that the leaner the protein the better. Go for fish and chicken breast as opposed to red meat.
Learn about lean protein. Eat beef jerky if hungry. That shit has 80 kcals a serving and the protein will fill your stomach way more than a simple carb or starch.
Drink water. I know water is a meme now, but it sits in your stomach and stops you from eating so much. Same with caffeine
Yeah, drinking a pint or two of water before a meal can help you feel full sooner, so you'll naturally eat a bit less. It's best to do it ten or twenty minutes before you start eating so your body has time to realize that your stomach is starting to get full. Or at least I think that's how it works, idk.
"Volume eating" is a good thing too, instead of eating food that's really calorically dense, it's better to eat more "light weight" food so you can eat more of it. But the most important thing is to just eat real food and try to stay away from empty carbs like flour and sugar. Learn how to make delicious healthy meals that you enjoy eating.

Neighbor your hunger cues are all fricked the heck up. If you eat like a normal person for a month or so it'll start to set them right and you'll want to eat normal things in (more) normal proportions. When you are hungry right now your body is lying to you. You'll need to let go of the need to be full all the time, at least in the short term while your body and hormones balance out. You will feel like you are dying for a few weeks. You are not.
You want fiber and protein right now. If your gut microbiota are not used to fiber, which I am sure they are not, you're gonna be farting like crazy and feel sort of uneasy in the stomach while your body adjusts. Nothing to be done about it, can't be helped, but it is temporary and you'll feel much better after adjusting than you do now. Fiber is critical to the health of your digestive system. One easy way to get started on the fiber is to have one (1) apple with each meal. Beans are also 10/10 fiber sources and also have tons of protein. A combo of meats and fresh fruit and veg is great. Above all you have to count your calories and watch out for them sneaking up on you. Avoid fried things, those are unavoidably calorie dense. Avoid simple sugars like the plague, they're metabolic poison.
Salads are trash. Do not eat salads. Frick salads.
It's weird but I know a chick who lost a ton of weight on a meal replacement called Huel that's like a better/healthier version of Soylent. If you just can't cope with figuring out your diet and what to eat when and how much that's something you could consider. It's got all the protein/fiber/nutrients/etc you need and it's incredibly easy to count calories with it. You just have to shake it and go so it takes no effort. Something to consider, this b-word swears by the stuff.

Frick all this advice. Stop being a b-word and start being ok with being hungry, it's not a big deal. Try not to eat too much at lunch and throw down at dinner with some lean meat and vegtables. When I was trying to lose weight, I was trying to keep it under 2200 calories and half of that I'd eat at dinner because I'd like the feeling of being full. You need to have higher standards for yourself. Stop eating out and stick to the outside parimeter of the grocery store. It's easier not to buy shit in the first place than try to resist your fat guy food that's in the cupboard. Being bad at cooking might be a blessing. Being 200 pounds at 5'11 is fricking disgusting and you're 100 pounds more than that. Stop thinking like losing weight is a big deal, it's not. It's something that you can do just fine if you have the right mentallity. No rewards, no struggling, it's just something you do now, no big deal.
If you're serious use drugs that suppress your appetite. I think there's some made expressly for that purpose but nootropics do so too and they are fairly easy to get without a script.

But then I remembered that’s how I weigh raccoons - By holding them and weighing the two of us then subtracting my weight - and then I went on with living my non-fat life.

I have had a six pack for the past 7 years of my life and am a proud owner of a thin badge, here are some simple tips in no particular order:
Not knowing how to cook isn't a real excuse. You don't need to start out with fancy stuff, just make stuff like chicken stir fry using frozen vegetables and serve it over rice. It's super cheap, takes like 15 minutes, and you can make enough to last you for the next 3 days. There are so many recipes that are insanely easy, you could make 1000 different things with chicken and rice alone just by adding different vegetables, spices, and sauces. Like twice a week I'll spend like 1 1/2 hours cooking a huge meal that I'll then eat for lunch and dinner for the next 3-4 days. That's far less time than I would spend if I was going out to eat every day. If you'd like I can send you some good recipes.
Unless you work a very intensive job there is no reason for you to be eating 3 full size meals a day. That's from when Americans still had real jobs, if you're just sitting at a desk all day you should cut down on either breakfast or lunch. I cook some pretty decadent dinners for myself and I'm completely fine with ordering unhealthy stuff at restaurants or pigging out on some sweets every once in a while. I'm able to get away with it because my breakfasts and lunches are pretty light and I just skip breakfast half the time because I'm not that hungry. (Not to say that you should order unhealthy foods at restaurants or eat a bunch of sweets, I'm able to do this because I have a healthy relationship with food)
Rice is a super cheap, low calorie, and filling breakfast. Just take a bowl of steaming hot rice (either freshly cooked or heated up in the microwave, I cook my rice in an instantpot), add some soy sauce and a sprinkle of MSG (like $3 on Amazon), then whisk a single egg in a cup with a fork and pour it over the rice and mix. It makes instant fried rice, tasty and extremely cheap for only about 300 calories and it'll keep you full for a while. It's even better if you add some sauteed mushrooms or top it with green onion. That's a staple snack in Japan and you weigh as much as their whole country put together.
Don't drink soda you fat frick, any drink besides water, coffee, tea, or wine is for poors and fats. Fast food exists for road trips and when you're really drunk, if you regularly go to fast food places in your local area you're a disgusting animal. If you go to a restaurant there's usually no need to finish everything, just eat 2/3 of it and take the leftovers home to eat for lunch the next day. Watermaxxing is really underrated. I have one of those big 32 oz Nalgene water bottles within arm's reach at all times. Even on days when I don't work out I still drink around 3/4 of a gallon. Any water you drink will be taking up place in your stomach for 0 calories. If your pee is ever even the slightest twinge of yellow you're a fricking cute twink.
Don't have snacks in your house, it's way easier to resist the urge once at the grocery store than at home where you could eat them at any time. Literally just have zero snacks in your house, if you're hungry then cook something or eat leftovers. If you do eat something like a bag of chips (you shouldn't you fat slob) put them on a plate or bowl instead of eating straight from the bag, that way you can portion out how much you'll eat at the start instead of endlessly grazing until the bag is empty.
I wouldn't even start exercising right away. There's a high chance of you getting injured because the last time you exercised was probably over 50 pounds ago, which would just lead to gaining more weight. I also don't want your fatbrain to convince you you deserve a treat to reward yourself for working out, that would just lead to gaining more weight. Maybe just go on walks for now and start out in the gym after a couple months of being committed to a better diet but at first I think completely changing your diet and your relationship with food is hard enough work.
I hope this helps you, if you need motivation just know that the majority people who are in shape secretly see fats as a lower form of human life.
Unironically all excellent advice. I recently lost like 30lbs doing all this, barely exercising except taking long walks a few times a week, and counting calories with chronometer. That last one is probably overkill but I'm an r-slur and find that helps a lot

look at this guy suggesting you drink the stuff in pottys and THINKING THAT'S HEALTHY
bb what's ur daily routine with no dox? u wake up n eat breakfast right away? do u drink coffee or tea? dont frick with energy drinks kk pls they can frick with ur BP etc but liquids like green tea n warm water with lemon n pinch salt can help take away the hunger pangs
But seriously that's pretty bad, CICO NOW. If you lose 2kg/week(easily doable at your weight, about -3k cal per day of which you could get 2.5 just by cutting your intake down to 500 cals and do the remaining with light exercise like even 30 min walking) you'll be at a human weight in just about 8 months or so. Promise yourself you won't be a fat frick in 2024.
I did it myself lol. It didn't harm me physically if that's what you're implying, I burned like 1.5k/day with cardio and always ate sub 500 cals. With two fast days a week.
This comment is ridiculous and offensive. First of all, water or tea is not a substitute for soda. Soda is a delicious, refreshing beverage that has many health benefits. Secondly, why should we drop the evening snack? Snacking is a great way to fuel our bodies and prevent us from getting hungry later on.
yesterday for breakfast i had 2 chocolate chip muffins, hashbrowns and chocolate milk for breakfast. i brought a cheeto bag and a KitKat bar to school and some of the cake we bought as well as 3 slices of pizza for pizza day my drink was coke. when i got home i had some powder donut snacks and more cake and i had milkshakes my dad wanted and then for dinner we had mcdonalds where i had 10 nuggets and a quarter pounder with chocolate shake and vanilla shake (i mixed them after i got them) and then supper was take out again that day which we do not always do and it was chicken tenders and wedges from the grocery store and desert was hot cocoa and cinnamon toast with brown sugar and i had more cake after.

The other day I was looking deep into my camera roll and noticed a bunch of pics I took of my scale and it said 165lb and I was like omg did I weigh over 160 at some point?

Boogie?
But seriously that's pretty bad, CICO NOW. If you lose 2kg/week(easily doable at your weight, about -3k cal per day of which you could get 2.5 just by cutting your intake down to 500 cals and do the remaining with light exercise like even 30 min walking) you'll be at a human weight in just about 8 months or so. Promise yourself you won't be a fat frick in 2024.

I did it myself lol. It didn't harm me physically if that's what you're implying, I burned like 1.5k/day with cardio and always ate sub 500 cals. With two fast days a week.

Start by drinking water or tea instead of soda, also drop the evening snack. Why eat 1hr before you go to bed?
Jump in the discussion.
No email address required.
