I finished Armored Core 6 in like 15 hours. I don't know how r-slurs play Fromsoft games for numerous/hundreds of hours, there's literally nothing to do. "oh but muh new game plus+ where they've moved this item to another location!". Then there's the giga neurodivergents that spend hundreds of hours in a half baked barebones pvp mode with shit netcode; it's a literal afterthought and people eat that bug shit up.
With that said, the 90 AUD I spent on AC6 wasn't worth it, given that the "continuation" of the game is artificial filler bullshit, and the pvp mode is barebones bullshit.

I like it well enough. The faction quest lines are pretty good. I hate how empty it is. In fallout/Skyrim half the fun is getting distracted by a dozen things on your objective. Also the combat AI is downright broken. Thankfully there's a mod that fixes it but man. That was atrociously boring the first few hours.

I sided with the pirates and had fun until I got to the point of wanting to do the main mission, which is ruined because all the enemies are pirates who are now your friends so they don't fight you and your crew hates you for being a pirate. I'm not gonna go back and restart, so just kind of stopped playing.

Yeah, Skyrim has decisions but it didn't effect the entire game like that. It was more fun to just be an butthole because you could just continue the story.

I sided with the pirates because I hated the immortal Sysdef admiral who pressganged me over a fricking $50 fine.
Except that the pirates were the biggest soys in the game. It's like 1 latinx dude who never lifts a fricking finger and his harem of catty, equally helpless b-words who are chasing buried treasure like this is a kid's show.
I didn't care that they were friendly with me after because I still killed every one of them whenever I found them. They will never fight back.
