I have personally worked on the Snappy code. This is literally it:

I was curious and looked through the code myself and they're telling the truth, except that /h/truth gets the same special list as /h/dankchristianmemes. Unless they have secret code that they deploy separate from the public repo but that would be a completely r-slurred thing to do oh wait
