Covering for a friend remotely and patient on plavix is mad that I ordered recommended they go to the ER. I'm about 1100 miles away and I don't even know what hospital they go to typically. Go to the ER, get a CT and then follow up with somebody else because I'm only doing this given my friend is sick.

I have a 30 minute break over a 72 hour shift outside of required sleep time. I'm tempted to let my license lapse because if I have to deal with another heart attack and cardiology I'm going to lose my mind.

Drank way too much last night that I'm still actively buzzed. Got moved to a shitty motel that is somehow worse than the crap bunk bed I slept on last night. It's particularly annoying because I'm still reviewing all the patients EMR and the laptop I was given is shit and super laggy. I can't use my phone to access them because it's a temporary access that only lets me access EMRs and my schedule on the laptop. I had to access the hospitals main site on my phone to figure out who the paths and IR were.
