Can you explain to me why other teachers organize teacher appreciation week? When do they get appreciated? I’m just curious.

Nobody really appreciates teachers other than fellow teachers.

My own children spent multiple days writing their grade school teachers genuine thank you notes with pictures. They would be heartbroken by this if this was how the week was received. Don’t forget, your students think the world of you.
