Everytime I enter REM state during sleep I experience nightmares and immediately wake up. So despite sleeping 8 hours with excellent deep sleep which allows me to recover physically, mentally I feel like worse waking up than going to sleep.
Only cope thus far has been dude weeding it up before going to sleep cause I usually don't dream when I do that. Any other suggestions how I keep myself from bullying me in my head every night?

So this stinky whore who I used to know in primary school dms me on Insta out of nowhere. We go on 2 dates, I of course pay for everything like a cuck. I have a hypothesis which i will back up with studies:
Hypothesis: Bed-sharing couples sleep better because of human touch. Human touch produces serotonin which is a precursor of melatonin, the hormone of sleep
Let's back up the fact that simple human touch will increase your serotonin level
Cortisol decreases and serotonin and dopamine increase following massage therapy
In studies in which cortisol was assayed either in saliva or in urine, significant decreases were noted in cortisol levels (averaging decreases 31%). In studies in which the activating neurotransmitters (serotonin and dopamine) were assayed in urine, an average increase of 28% was noted for serotonin and an average increase of 31% was noted for dopamine.
The decrease in cortisol and increase in dopamine are already interesting but it is the serotonin increase that interests me the most
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is associated with relaxation, positivity, a sense of feeling good etc. It's the happiness drug of our body.
That alone sounds like it would help you sleep right? Well it gets better: serotonin is a precursor of melatonin, the hormone of sleep (see pic below)
Melatonin regulates our circadian rythm (the body's internal clock in layman's terms) and it is the key to good sleep. Melatonin is often used to treat sleep disorders or to promote a better sleep. I've put 2 studies on melatonin in the spoiler if you're interested

I will admit, I am a 5ft 4" tall male, and I have already considered myself an abomination who will never be a sexhaver.
I wanna be ironic and jovial about it but I'm not, I'm fricking 5ft 4 tall. People ask me for ID to buy alcohol. I'm 24! I tried making a Tinder, with shots of my body without the legs to hopefully avoid women noticing as I know its unattractive. But I uninstalled after one women actually matched with me, only to compare my height with a fire extinguishers visible in the background of one of my photos and make fun of my height.
I don't want to be misogynistic but honestly it feels so unfair at times. I didn't choose to be born this height, Platform shoes can only take me so far without being obvious.

Dudes usually like me as company as I seem to be at least somewhat entertaining even if I can be pretty awkward and stutter a lot.
