When I see OP image I don't think "food". It just looks like violence and death. And where's the food value? That thing probably has zero fat, just lean muscle meat. Plus you have to do a whole bunch of processing and cooking and seasoning and aging just to swallow it.
My body has no natural reaction of "food, eat" when seeing dead mammals.
When I see fruit my body knows it's food, when I see vegetables my body knows it's food, and same with legumes, and to a certain degree, lettuce. But not mammals.

The sauce i ended up going with was gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, butter, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar, and it was phenomenal. Smoky, sweet, tangy, honestly something I'd expect to find at a legit wing place.
I was really impressed with the air fried wings. Once they're sauced I'm not sure I'd be able to tell them apart from deep fried wings side by side.
The fries are just frozen slop nothing special.

Some people unironically think that the crust is the most important part of pizza but I know they're r-slurred. Toppings btfo out of any crust and are the most tasty and exciting part of pizza (thus the most important). Plus you can eat thin crust pizza with the toppings and its still a pizza. But you can't eat pizza without toppings because at that point you're just eating bread. And no it they both can't be equally important

Had like 2 tablespoons of butter on top. Also put some nice flaky salt on top after I took the picture. They were kinda like kings Hawaiian rolls but denser with more of a savory flavor than sweet.

I need ideas / recipes for easy to make kazakhstan food.
I have to make a bunch of Kazakhi food for reasons so I need easy recipes without much substitution. Like substituting cow for lamb is acceptable.
Currently I'm thinking of making Boortsog and Samsa.

today i went out to a taco restaurant and ordered the strangest item i've seen on their menu
chicken tendies breaded in hot cheeto dust, hot cheeto aioli, macaroni and cheese, and fruity pebbles
rated 6/10
the macaroni would've been much better and slop-pilled if kraft rather than their queso fresco. the fruity pebbles were good.
ended up not eating the other taco because this was a behemoth

I pick a lot of mushrooms up here in the cold north and thought I would share the good ones so you can learn and pick them and die.
Boletus edulis. King of mushrooms. Does not need boiling, fry it like a steak. Tastes like the best meaty mushroom in the world. Hard to find fresh ones, 90% are too old or eaten by bugs.
Gomphidius glutinosus, grows by porcinis, cook it like porcinis, tastes like lemons and soy sauce.
Lactarius deterrimus. Hard to find in good condition. Easy to identify. Delicious nutty flavor.
Chanterelles. Mushrooms for babies but they're good.
Ramaria something, it's one of the good ones. It didn't kill me.
Hydnum repandum. Smells like oranges. Tastes like pork. Plentiful and easy to ID. Best fricking mushroom ever. Needs thorough cooking though.
Cortinarius caperatus. Hard to ID. Amazing fragrance and taste. Deadly doppelgangers. Only for experts like me.
Suillus bovinus. Literally "chewy cow mushroom" in my language. Delicious, good texture, plentiful.
Chanterelle ice cream! Recommended.
Amanita virosa. Delicious white mushroom, tasted mild and nutty. Trashed my liver and kidneys and killed me. Do not eat!!!!

Bet you can't tell where my favorite place to shop is. It's a delightful chicken pad thai with onions, garlic and scallions with a traditional pad thai sauce and with a little bit of peanut sauce added in. And when you have pad thai you just have to have some crushed peanuts and bean sprouts. I was lazy and didnt feel like making the sauce from scratch tho so it could be better.
