I like nature and wildlife so I like to keep it simple.
60D, EFS55-250mm. 24mm prime lens for when I want to go wider. weighs just under 2lb all up.
The 250mm is a great little lens. Weighs almost nothing and has stabilization and if you drop it over the side of your kayak its not a big deal.
Its not the best for birds and smaller wildlife though so I'm looking at a 100-400mm L telephoto lens today

Finishing up work on the interior. Got the door card upholstery done and a few more interior bulbs replaced.

Moving onto the exterior. Did a quick two-stage cut and polish and heating the trim to bring some depth back into it.

stood on the scales, realised I'd tilted over the BMI line into 'overweight' by 0.1 kgs like a fat frick somehow
immediately stopped eating for that day and then cut back to 5,000 kj/1200 calories per day while maintaining activity, lost 5 kilos

first thing i did when i woke up was go to rdrama.net and check that i wasnt banned 🙏

What this means is I am able to ignore almost all distractions every day.
I keep moving from one task to another without repeating tasks until I am done with my entire task list. Then focus on refining and improving my processes even further.
Repeat every day.
Right now what I found happened was that as I increase the number of tasks that I go through in a day, the peak of my best tasks goes down, but the general group stays above average and can still be scaled up with effort.
It's taking a lot of dedication and focus but I feel like I can pull it off.
I have made it to 15.5 hours of focused activity today.
Once I get past 16 that means I can be fully active and focused on target all day every day of the rest of my life if I want to.
I will no longer have to worry about wanting to do something but not having the required focus or brain cells to pull it off.

Edit: I made it to 16 hrs. Now I just keep rerolling 16 hours every single day and I am good to go.

My trusty 1990s Phillips deck died, just when I got a car with a tape deck. So I hit up Facebook marketplace and found some guy running a bootleg hifi shop out of his house and he had this 1970s Harman Kardon deck for a good price.
It's not a super high level three-head unit, but it looks good and serves my purposes.

My brain front got really active and keeps scaling up every day.
I managed to get into bed at like 01 am.
Now I am already up by 4am. I don't feel completely exhausted and worn down.
It's funny because I usually sleep 10 hours a day.
I counted till 2,700 in my head missing a lot of numbers along the way ( I presume that's when I fell into a few minutes of sleep at random ), and I was off by around 10-15 minutes from when I intended to wake up.
Pretty neat stuff. I will probably never be able to repeat it again.
But in case this stuff sticks, I want you to know you need to research cognitive theories and apply their principles and there is a chance that you can actually level up mentally.
Anyways, going to do the list today again. More longer effort till sleep time on Python at the end so I don't repeat a cycle early.
Hopefully with the missing sleep I will be able to sleep early and on time today.

I'm not able to take PTO yet but I really don't give a frick. I was scheduled to work and said frick it, I want to spend time with family and friends for a couple weeks. I bullshitted having covid but they made me take an actual covid test and was cleared to go back to work on Monday.
Just fire me already. I'm obviously a shit director and have no interest in anything outside of getting fired. I'm not even doing the minimum work, go find somebody else. How fricking hard is it to fire me and just dump the workload on the PI…
