With Penny being grassed I've seen a lot of discussion around whether or not she's Black. I actually have no idea what the arguments are on either side and can't be bothered to read them so I'm going to blindly believe whatever the results of this poll are.

That's not much proof. Code Switching is a thing. Your black coworkers/friends would not talk to you/text you the same way they would black (or even white) people they grew up with. Heck they don't talk to me the same way once they realize how "white" I speak (I don't mean that as a put down about "proper English", I'm all about descriptive linguistics but I learned English from white media and continue to mainly consume white media).
The one thing I will say is that her TERFiness is pretty reminiscent of black terfs on Lipstick Alley. The whole collecting gifs thing is also a very LSA thing too.
