They used to be, but they decided to abandon everything that was iconic about their brand or rehabilitate their image to produce the safest, blandest slop you can imagine. The only reason I ever hear about Horizon is people pooping on it. They used to have Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Crash Bandicoot as system sellers.
