It's getting really bad and taking a toll on me physically (mentally I'm doing well, thankfully).

I drink so much caffeine to cope but I am guessing that's just messing me up more later.

I take melatonin but I don't think it's working anymore. Benadryl makes me depressed the next day for some reason? CBD doesn't really work. A hot shower doesn't help. I have a weighted blanket 🧩 and weighted eye mask.

I am thinking of doing CBT for insomnia (really strict rules around sleep hygiene) but am scared bc it does involve a bit of sleep deprivation while adjusting (no naps allowed). I haven't been exercising much lately but maybe that will help.

Does anyone have any advice? Or something that will help me fall asleep tonight? :/ 100dc for each real suggestion.

Soumak, caucasian origin, probably late 19th century. Little scuffs in the pattern and some fading, but nothing that bad.

Belouch tribal rug, east iran/west afghanistan, 1890-1900. Good condition, some minor scuffs on the fringes.

Had a quiz today on Gauss's Theorem integrating over a cylinder. My anxiety clouded my process and my brain function becomes similar to a rat 🐀 in a maze.

I usually take edibles before I go to class, but I skipped my dose today. while they help with anxiety, the edibles make my thought process more linear (less scattered and anxious) but slower paced at the same time.

I'm worried about the slower thought process slowing down my pace and I may not finish an exam/quiz, but my mind gets in a panic if I don't take an edible.

I can't be the only one with anxiety when test taking, is the trade off worth it or is there something else anyone recommends?

I've just realized @SalahShill aka Pessishill2, had been using a bot to downvote. All this time, I"d thought there was finally a person who hated the world, hate me, as much as I did .

I'll still never forget the euphoria when I first nooticed his downvotes . I thought I had found a kindred soul , someone who tired of the positivity forced upon us and the manipulation of the dramaconomy by Big Upvote . Someone who was like me . What he did was simultaneously so meaningless and futile , but also such a powerful expression of his dissatisfaction, frustration, and humanity .

So I started sending thirsty messages to Pessishill2, saying how much love I had , how I wanted them to be mine. I thought they felt the same. I was extremely horny, extremely down bad, but it was all because of my genuine feelings. I started longing for the day we could reach consummate love.

I went to the middle of southeast Michigan to drive the old “magazine roads”. Back when all of the car magazines were based in Ann Arbor they would use the loop I drove to test cars. It pales in comparison to roads like Tail of the Dragon, but it'll do for only being 1.5 hours from my house.
