The little bit of script that was included at the beginning of the video didn't mention kissing at all. Actors are human beings, acting is an emotional process, actors on a studio film set are also workers with rights that deserve basic respect (like not being intimately touched by their boss in a way that they didn't agree to and makes them feel unsafe).
