I used to use Google's recommendation feature. It was alright for a time, but I have to pull the plug. It is currently recommending me Bill Cosby: Walking Free.

Now, I don't like documentaries in general, so how this shit show is my top recommendation I have no idea. To make matters worse they don't have a "not interested button", so I can even get rid of it. There's only an "already watched" button.. which I am afraid that will just add it to my algorithm. I try and do the calibration thing where I rate which titles I liked/disliked and its all really obscure or low budget shit nobody watches.

Any other options, or do I have to wait until you guys grow taste and recommend me something good?

The short version is apparently some WhatsApp group was going around and pushing this stock saying you'll get xxx% gains. They pulled the rug on people who lost 5+ figures on this. How fricking dumb are you to put it all in a bullshit Ching Chong no name company.

First red flag - the name of the fricking company. They're "legit" but so is Gary's Snowcones and Food Trucks that registers with the SEC.

Second red flag - WhatsApp group pushing this

Third red flag - any random no name company popping like that is sketchy

I can go on being I work in wealth management but that's boring. This is very face level and there's no need to deep dive into how stupid this was from those three points alone.

All the other media is making it sound like the Mavs owner is crazy. Though it still doesn't make sense why they wouldn't shop him for a better deal. So yes, still crazy?

Since these are supposed to be global social networking platforms that are now becoming more and more entrenched with very specific political schools of thought attached to a singular country, and are actively pushing propaganda on to users internationally, would the subreddit feel more comfortable if we just put a stop to content originating from these sites?
