There is a YouTube channel I watch that goes through hours of body cam footage and edits it down to something that fits within my ~15 min attention span. I know most dramacels have even shorter attention spans so I edited it down further into a 3 minute video

Here is the full video I stole the clips from:

Some news about the trial:

https://www.redlakenationnews.com/story/2021/01/07/news/2-charged-with-duluth-attempted-murder-tied-to-bemidji-area-homicide/94937.html

Alexia Gah Gi Gay Mary Cutbank, 19, of Duluth, and Seneca Warrior Steeprock, 39, of Savage, are accused of ambushing and shooting Cameron Maurice Jones at least eight times in an apartment near Lake Avenue and West Fourth Street.

https://www.duluthnewstribune.com/news/local/new-trial-ordered-in-duluth-attempted-murder-case

The Minnesota Court of Appeals this week reversed the case of Seneca Warrior Steeprock, 43, who has been serving a statutory maximum 20-year sentence following his conviction by a Duluth jury in February 2023.

The attempt on Jones' life was believed to be connected to another Bemidji-area homicide, committed by Cutbank's brother in November 2020. The victim in that case was Charles "Chucky" Kingbird.

But according to court documents, Jones and Montana Cutbank had a "contentious history," and Jones' family believed he, not Kingbird, was the intended victim of that shooting.

I found another unrwlated homicide case involving Alexia Ga Gi Gay Mary Cutbank:

Funny interview with her codefendant

Background:

In August 2019, a year prior to the shooting in the video, Alexia Ga Gi Gay Mary Cutbank and her friend Mia Faye Sumner killed a man named "Fatback" on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. Mia Sumner then stole Fatback's car, drove to Duluth, and was suspiciously lurking around the scene of a third, unrelated drive by shooting.

United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Alexia Gah Gi Gay Mary Cutbank (1), Mia Faye Sumner (2), Defendants.

Duluth Police Sergeant Joseph DeJesus testified that on August 20, 2019, at approximately 2:30 am, he and other police officers were investigating a drive-by shooting at the intersection of 24th Avenue West and West 3rd Street in Duluth, Minnesota. While clearing the scene, he noticed Sumner at a nearby bus shelter.

Sergeant DeJesus asked Sumner if she was high, and asked her which drug she had used. He then stated, "[o]k. Hey, relax. It's not illegal to be under the influence of meth. You know that, right? It's illegal to possess it, not to be under the influence of it."

Sergeant DeJesus: So where are you going to go in Duluth, right now?

Defendant Sumner: Home.

Sergeant DeJesus: But home [is] in Red Lake?

Defendant Sumner: Yeah.

Sergeant DeJesus: So how did you get down here to Duluth?

Defendant Sumner: I stole a car.

Sergeant DeJesus: Where's the car at? Whose car did you steal?

Defendant Sumner: It was my car.

Sergeant DeJesus: You stole your car?

Defendant Sumner: Yeah.

Sergeant DeJesus: But how do you steal your own car?

Defendant Sumner: It wasn't mine. . . it was cause I killed him.

Sergeant DeJesus: It was what?

Defendant Sumner: I killed Fatback.

Sergeant DeJesus: You killed Fatback?

Defendant Sumner: Yeah.**

Sergeant DeJesus: And you stole his car?

Defendant Sumner: Yeah.

Sergeant DeJesus: Who's Fatback?

Defendant Sumner: I don't know

Sergeant DeJesus: How did you kill Fatback?

Defendant Sumner: With a gun.

Sergeant DeJesus: Where's the gun?

Defendant Sumner: I don't know, in Red Lake somewhere.

Sergeant DeJesus testified that he did not believe Sumner when she stated that she had stolen a car, or when she said she killed Fatback. During the pat down, he can be heard in the bodycam footage saying "she's telling me that she killed a guy in Red Lake, stole his car, and drove to Duluth, which, I find unlikely, but she's tweaking pretty [] hard here."

Sergeant DeJesus testified that it was not until the following day, August 21, 2019, at approximately 5:00 a.m., that he learned from another patrol sergeant that a homicide had occurred and was being investigated in Red Lake.

This is probably the only time in my adult life ive actually been worried about the economy (2008 wasnt really out in the world yet.)

My company is freaking out over the trade war stuff. They're basically trying to turtle up and slash hours based on the instability of the current government.

They keep preparing fairly large price hikes on tons of items just to shelf them 2 days later.

With unemployment about to explode and government fueled instability increasing food prices I'm legit worried we're gonna see serious strife.

Marsey Style XL LoRA

I've been messing around trying to figure out LoRA training recently and decided to train a style LoRA on the original Marsey Telegram stickers.

Should more flexible than MarseyGen since this is trained on a newer uncensored model, but it's booru tag-based so it's not as easy to prompt.

Civitai Download Page

Recommended Settings:

  • Requires a UI that supports SDXL V-Pred models such as reForge/Comfy UI

  • Model: NoobAI-XL V-Pred-1.0 (may work ok with other NoobAI based models)

  • LoRA strength: 1.0

  • Sampler: Euler A

  • Scheduler: Beta

  • Steps: 30

  • CFG Scale: 5

  • CFG Rescale: 0.5-0.7

  • Zero SNR: On

Use the following tags to generate images of Marsey:

domestic cat, white fur, orange fur, black eyes, striped tail

Full example prompt:

masterpiece, best quality, marseystyle,

solo, domestic cat, white fur, orange fur, black eyes, striped tail, sitting, :D, blush, black background

<lora:marseystyle:1>

Negative prompt: worst quality, low quality

Some example images (with metadata from reForge UI):

David Hogg is being a pig, according to Democratic National Committee insiders who are already slinging mud at the new party vice chairman.

Barely two weeks into his tenure, Hogg has been leveraging DNC contact lists to blast out messages soliciting donations to his own political action committee β€” from which he draws more than $100,000 in compensation a year, according to Federal Election Commission records.

...

Hogg co-founded "Leaders We Deserve" in August 2023 with the stated goal of electing young progressives to Congress and state legislatures across the country. It also provided him a six-figure income job right out of college.

Since the PAC was founded, Hogg has pocketed more than $175,000, records show, with more than $20,000 in salary payments coming in December alone, the most recent month for which public data is available.

It has been revealed that this whole mess was actually a massive unprecedented attack by both Russia and China on NATO. While other disinfo campaigns in the West happened, they were basically just a warm up for this, an overwhelming sudden attack that was supposed to completely decapitate the country and wreck the whole eastern flank of NATO (we and Poland are the main NATO allies here, so with our collapse both Poland and Ukraine would fail soon). This has been prepared for years (since 2016) and failed because these r-slurs severely overestimated the whole 'Romania is a western democracy and a member of NATO and EU' while horribly underestimating the 'Romania is a semi-autocratic eastern european shithole' part :marseytroll:

Georgescu winning with the help of some secret services (yes the conspiracy theories were right) and generals and becoming a dictator was the main part, which failed because the idea of a democratic state cancelling elections while people were voting was preposterous (too bad nobody here cares about democracy). The backup plan was to either start a violent revolution with the supporters they gathered in all these years, or to at least cause so much chaos that the whole country will become ungovernable (too bad Romania is the laziest and most cowardly country in Eastern Europe) :angryvatnik: :marseycopeseethedilate:

The coup step by step

  • after communism we never cleaned the country and the institutions of russian agents and sympathisers, so they just waited patiently for an opportunity to strike and bring Romania back into Russia's sphere of influence

  • the attack was carried by Russia with China's help and with the contribution of some other countries (probably third world countries bot armies)

  • during the peak of the electoral campaign Georgescu :marseyhitler2: became the 9th trending topic on TikTok or something (don't use TikTok dunno how it works), and since no one really cares that much about Romania, this is proof that China was doing dumb shit with their algorithms :marseyjewoftheorient:

  • other disinfo campaigns that Russia is accused of (like Brexit) were basically tests to see how western countries react to online manipulations. Brexit is an important part here because of the whole 'you can't overturn the will of the people, so if a referendum passes you must honour it' conclusion. Russia was aware that they can't take over a western country, so they just focused on destabilising them, but they want to take over Eastern Europe, so the attack here was actually meant to be a coup and not just stirring shit for the lulz

  • this has been in the works for years, possibly since 2016; Georgescu has been living in Austria without a job all this time where he prepared for his esoteric messiah role and slowly gathered a following of conspiracy nutjobs

  • two weeks before the first elections an army of bots started to promote Georgescu everywhere on social media and especially on TikTok. Some accounts were older than the current TikTok, created when it was still only a chinese site. They got millions of people to vote for him.

  • the idea was to keep everything hidden until the elections, when Georgescu will be promoted suddenly and massively, and by the time the authorities will realize something is wrong he will have already won the first voting round, at which point no one would dare to do anything against 'the will of the people' (that part worked)

  • (at this point our secret services actually realized something is very funky and asked NATO for help without anyone knowing it)

  • the mysterious recount happened because the number of votes given to each candidate didn't match the votes that were presented on the election website and the authorities were worried that Russia somehow managed to get involved in the election process, but apparently they just hacked the website to mess with the numbers? :marseyhmmm:

  • anyway, since everything was fine, the first round of the elections was validated and the election season continued while multiple secret services, both ours and foreign were taking notes :marseyfedpostglow:

  • other weird things happened in the first voting session, like lots of ballots reaching the voting booths being already pre-stamped for Georgescu, but people assumed incompetency rather than foul play

  • well, it turns out that a big part of our authorities, from secret service agents to politicians to cops and army officials, tried to stage a soft coup and manipulate the elections to get Georgescu :marseyhitler2: elected as president (and his other :marseyauthright: friends into the parliament). They tried to hide evidence from their colleagues, tripped up their investigations when they noticed something was wrong, distracted people, lied etc. The only reason they didn't succeed was because someone was smart enough to notify Burgerland first and only then tried to sort through all this mess :marseybigbrain:

  • when they noticed the scale of the infiltration, the heads of some secret services tried to resign in shame but our president didn't accept because everything was already too chaotic and destabilised

  • NATO came up with the 'cancel the elections' plan which was supposed to be a last resort if everything else failed

  • two days before the last election round, when the diaspora was already queued up to vote (and a few hundred people already did), the elections were finally cancelled. Coup effectively ended :lelolidk:

  • surprisingly, despite being a corrupt shithole and despite all this chaos, we survived what is now described to be the worse hybrid attack on a NATO/EU country :marseyletsgo:

  • (but seriously, imagine the russian guys responsible for this. People were already voting, no democracy will ever do anything to disturb the voting process at this point, all pieces were in place, your agent was two steps away from winning. All these years of work will pay off handsomely. This was supposed to be the first type of all hands on deck attack and it was a resounding success, one NATO country down, Ukraine finished, whatever else... And then, casually and without hesitation the elections were cancelled and everyone was told to go back home. And there's nothing you can do to save your hard work from being trampled :marseylaughpoundfist: )

Funny detail. That burger plane I mentioned in my last post? The elections were cancelled just 40 minutes after it landed and most of that time was spent in traffic not in some meeting room :marseylaugh: Anyway, before that Merica also sent some specialists or something during these deranged weeks (and probably some CIA agents). Possibly the reason why the coup stated to progressively falter, there's one thing to fight our own secret services, a whole different thing to do this with CIA breathing down your neck :marseysaluteusa: Still, I have to give credit to our own (non-traitor) intelligence agents too, they fought with all they have and did their job well and managed to drag us all away from the cliff's edge :marseyclapping:

Yesterday evening, or night, another murican plane landed in Bucharest, probably to help us with the potential upcoming civil unrest and violence that will totes happen just because Putin wants it :marseysmug:

The 'revolution'

Since Russia is a slav country surrounded by other slav and muslim countries they dumbly assumed that all these people that were convinced to vote for Georgescu :marseyhitler2: would also be willing to get beaten up by the cops for him. Clearly they have no idea what country they're messing with :marseygiggle:

  • obviously, all his supporters (and bots) were wiped into a frenzy because of the now lost elections, screaming about rights and democracy and fascism and communism and whatever :marseyraging:

  • on top of all this anger came some weird conspiracy theories: Biden wants to use Romania to drag NATO into war in order to remain a dictator forever, Moldova declared war on Transnistria and we'll join them with our army overnight, the state will start rounding up men to send them to Ukraine, martial law will be declared so our president will become a dictator etc. Anyway, lots of scary shit and these morons actually believed it :marseybrainlet:

  • a huge mass of angry and scared people are the perfect recipe for a nasty protest right? Add our actual nazi groups (armed and trained militias) and some mercenaries usually fighting in third world shitholes joining in and you get an actual revolution :marseyclueless:

  • yesterday, the funniest shit happened, and that was the last part of this plan, the final moment before the bloodshed will start. Georgescu :marseyhitler2: appeared in some livestream and said to his supporters that the elections weren't actually cancelled, because in some purely freeman of the land fashion, the decree from the Constitutional Court wasn't signed properly and wasn't published on their site therefore it's not an actual binding declaration. In fact, the globalist state is lying to them all, the elections still happen normally, just that his supporters are tricked to stay at home so he can lose the elections. So, they must all still go and vote.

  • the idea here was: hundreds if not thousands of people gather in the streets to vote, they can't vote because the elections are cancelled, they get angry and the police (already tense due to the whole coup thing) panic and start beating up people, the nazis then jump to defend them with guns and swords and everything descends into violence

:mar#seyputin:

The actual results?

...a huge army of supporters have gathered to to vote for Goergescu! Fear them! :marseyrise:

https://i.rdrama.net/images/17336693333326604.webp

(notice that messed up flag)

  • 20 in the country

  • 100 at Viena

  • 30 at Paris and Rome

They seem more confused than angry... yeah civil wars aren't exactly our thing... :tayshrug:

In the meantime, all the hardcore nazis that came to Bucharest to fight the police were arrested before crossing into the capital :marseyfluffy: As soon as the elections were cancelled the cops descended on all the known nazis (both the infamous ones and new r-slurs that posted threats on TikTok after Georgescu's :marseyhitler2: rise to fame). They confiscated lots of weapons (mostly knives and swords because guns are rare here). And the ones that managed to hide have been caught now.

Even some actual militias tried to join. We have a relatively large number of mercenaries fighting in Africa and the Middle East for some reason (large for a balkan shithole that had nothing to do ever with other continents anyway). Some leader active in Congo has been arrested for trying to bring 'dozens of weapons, two guns and lots of explosives' into Bucharest during the night.

Here's the badass action hero guy:

https://i.rdrama.net/images/17336693342552927.webp

And here is him obediently following the cops to the police station:

So, the whole thing was a massive failure and a huge waste of money, resources and time for Russia :marseysmug2: The authorities are still in high alert for tonight, but it seems that the worst has passed :marseyjam: To our surprise, and delight, America reacted immediately when we called for help and held our hand throughout all this nightmare :marseyblush:

Best part for the last :marseyexcited: In the most embarrassing turns of events ever our presidential candidates decided to all send love letters to Trump for frick knows what reason :marseypaperbag:

First our nazi russian agent

Then his gypsy nazi friend

And then our LGBT Soros feminazi candidate

I literally never felt such a bone deep second hand embarrassment since middle school :marseycringe: The only parties who didn't pull such an r-slured move were our status quo parties and I think I'll vote for them next elections because they're the only ones who understand how diplomacy works in the first place :marseyfacepalm:

All in all, EU is pissed, NATO is worried, after all if such a hidden network existed here then other similar networks could be planted for other countries, all waiting to be activated at the right moment, and according to some diplomats even Trump is pissed. I mean, imagine starting your presidency with all sorts of ideas for your country's problems only to have to sort through multiple eastern european conflicts because Russia can't keep it's hand to itself :marseyunamused:

I bought a 400/5.6L which will give me long reach to shoot wild raccoons, birds, butts, cars racing and boats. On my Canon R5 I can also shoot in crop mode which will give me a 1.6x multiplier without losing light like you would using the 1.4x teleconverter.

But here's the stupid part.

I've been really getting into video lately and most of my lenses aren't geared towards that. I have the following.

TS-E 17/4 - Manual focus, ultra wide architectural lens. Smooth focusing but you have to do it by hand.

TS-E 24/3.5IIL - Manual focus, wide architectural lens. Smooth focusing but you have to do it by hand.

EF 16-35/4L IS - Ultrawide zoom, great for video but with a stiff zoom ring which sucks because the camera ends up twisting when you try and pull a zoom

EF 17-40/4L IS - My first "expensive" lens, great sharpness and smooth but light zoom ring.

TS-E 45/2.8 - Manual focus, normal architectural lens. Smooth focusing but you have to do it by hand.

EF 50/1.4 - A really great, normal lens if you're shooting stills, but has an archaic autofocus motor that's too slow to keep up with video.

EF 85/1.8 - Great short telephoto lens with fast focus and great low-light capabilities.

TS-E 90/2.8 - Manual focus, telephoto architectural lens. Smooth focusing but you have to do it by hand.

EF 70-200/4L IS - Great for shooting video but only for tight spots. The largest lens I can balance out on my gimbal.

I had the 17-40/4L first and when I got into video, I thought I should have an ultra wide zoom with image stabilization, thinking it would work in concert with the cameras in-body stabilization. I was wrong. It's one or the other. So the upgrade to the 16-35 was for naught. In fact, I like using the 17-40 more, since the zoom ring is very low resistance and it's much lighter weight (not that I'm a kitty, it's just easier to balance on my gimbal).

Some of the more photography-knowledgeable people here are going to realize what I'm missing - a good mid-range zoom lens, like a 24-70mm. Especially since I've been doing a lot of documentary style filming and plan on continuing my Geezer Group doc this summer. Otherwise I have to be constantly switching lenses while trying to capture things in the moment, between the 17-40, 50, and 70-200. So what I'm saying is, I should've bought that. However, it still feels kind of redundant being a focal length I already have covered with other lenses, while the 400mm is something fresh and new. Especially after running into the limitations of the 70-200 during my recent trip to Florida while trying to film boats from the shore.

Was buying the 400mm a mistake? Probably in the short run, but I can always save up and buy a midrange zoom sometime this spring. I have money, but I can only access a little bit of it each month and there are a lot of things I want and need.

I dunno.

DJ, dog walker and homeopath among roles on UK skilled worker visa list :marseydogwalker:

!nooticers :marseyemojilaugh:

Canine beauticians, DJs and pilates instructors are among the categories of overseas workers eligible to apply for UK skilled worker visas, an Oxford academic has found.

As the government promises a white paper later this year to slash the numbers entering the UK to work, a list of specific and in some cases unusual "middle-skilled" jobs to which foreign workers can still apply has been identified.

Analysis of Home Office data over three years to March 2024 shows that 334 visas were granted for "animal care service occupations", which include dog groomers, dog walkers, stable hands, kennel assistants and veterinary nursing assistants.

Over the same period, 167 fitness and wellbeing instructors, who include pilates and yoga teachers and lifestyle coaches, were given skilled worker visas.

Keir Starmer is launching an immigration policy drive amid a poll surge by Nigel Farage's Reform UK party.

The list of occupations also includes "costume interpreters" – the people wearing period dress who greet visitors at museums and National Trust properties.

The anomalies were unearthed by Robert McNeil, a researcher at the University of Oxford's Centre on Migration, Policy and Society. "Many of these roles may well be challenging and require particular skills, but they might not be the sort of things that are front of mind for most people when they imagine roles that are critical for UK employers to recruit from overseas," he said.

He found them among more than 300 designated jobs on the "eligible occupations" skilled worker visas list, after flitting past professions usually associated with visa applicants such as nursing, care work, the civil service, the diplomatic corps and banking.

In a blog post on Tuesday, McNeil said the jobs were on the list because of changes introduced after the UK left the EU. "At the same time as ending free movement, the government reduced the skills threshold to allow middle-skilled jobs to qualify for work visas. Previously, only graduate jobs qualified in the system that applied to non-EU citizens.

"When people think about such middle-skilled jobs, roles like plumbers, bricklayers or engineering technicians spring to mind. But defining what is actually middle-skilled is not straightforward," he said. "Some of the results are surprising."

The "middle-skilled" list also includes "air travel assistants" – cabin crew and staff who check baggage at airports. In the year ending March 2024, 869 visas were issued for these roles. Cemetery managers, homeopaths and cycling instructors are also on the list.

Ministers have promised to tighten the rules around visas after repeatedly saying they want to reduce overall migration. Starmer accused the Conservative government of conducting an "open borders experiment" in November after revised official figures showed net migration to the UK hit a record 906,000 in 2023.

The white paper is expected to be published in spring as part of Starmer's plans to see off the political challenge from Reform. Among the proposals included in the document will be moves to reduce legal immigration, including by linking migration to skills and ensuring more British workers are trained to fill jobs commonly recruited from abroad.

It is also expected to take into account a Migration Advisory Committee review ordered by the home secretary, Yvette Cooper, to limit overseas hiring by technology and engineering companies.

But Labour is also keen to show the UK remains open to high-skilled workers by reviewing visa routes. The chancellor, Rachel Reeves, told a breakfast event at the World Economic Forum in Davos: "We are going to look again at routes for the highest skilled people, visas particularly in the areas of AI and life sciences."

Home Office sources say that while the "eligible occupations" list is eclectic, applying for a visa is just the first step in being able to come to the UK to work. Foreign workers also need to be sponsored by an employer and most are required to be paid a minimum of Β£38,700. The required income drops to just less than Β£31,000 or lower if the applicant is under 26 or engaged in certain types of higher education.

Asked to respond to McNeil's findings, a government spokesperson said: "We are grateful for the work skilled international professionals do in the UK. However, it is clear that we must end reliance on overseas labour and boost economic growth. That's why, under our Plan for Change, we will publish a white paper to set out a comprehensive plan to restore order to the broken immigration system, as we aim to link our immigration, skills and visa systems to boost the domestic workforce."

A large majority of the subreddit's existing content comes from posts on Twitter. Following recent events, the mods decided to ban all twitter content, and the community has questions.

Highlights

I think screenshots should still be allowed. Banning the Leopard Party main communication channel will be bad for the sub.

So we want people to post screenshots and no link to verify so they have to go searching on twitter for that post to verify? No, ban means ban.

Is that the common reaction though (not being a peepee, genuinely curious)? I've never tried to verify a SS posted here, but that's just me. "Laugh and scroll on" kinda deal with me

The person who went there looking for the shot gave them traffic, anyone verifying gives them traffic, and the goal is just, no traffic. So simply, no traffic for Elon should be the goal.

I can't say I agree with the whole ban of content in general. Links, absolutely. Ban them entirely. But content in general being banned - I mentioned in another thread - is an "head in the sand" kind of methodology. It is still important to have an eye on what's happening and to share to others in order to keep people properly and promptly informed on what's happening. It's also important to know who to call out and who to push back on.

The problem is that viewing, even with adblockers, does in fact finance Nazis (and for a screenshot someone has to view it and as soon as someone fakes a screenshot enough people will head over to Twitter to see if the post is real). And the whole point of this endeavour is to no longer support a Nazi.

Fully in support of banning Xitter links, for sure. But most subs enacting this ban are still allowing screenshots. And I think Xitter is a primary source for a lot of content here, so banning the screenshots in addition to the links could impact this sub pretty severely.

It's time for Twitter to fully die it's deserved death

What, the leopards got so fat they began to eat the source of faces?!

Hey [OP], half this sub is X/Twitter screenshots. You'd be killing the sub. Allowing screenshots should a solid compromise

I remember there being a saying about compromising with Nazis. But if you can't find other nazis on the internet, maybe you're too lazy to post.

that saying doesnt even make sense in this context. twitter is the main source of content for this subreddit, disallowing screenshots of it will severely hurt the subreddit. we're not compromising with nazis, we're trying to compromise with the moderators to continue making fun of nazis.

If you can't find and display Leopards eating faces on the Internet without it in some way helping pay the rent for a Nazi propagandist, I don't want it on this sub and neither should you.

a screenshot of a tweet is not giving anyone income; no one on here looks up the tweet of a face-eating after seeing a screenshot of it. this is an extreme overreaction. links should be banned, banning screenshots is just gonna hurt the sub. we've become the faces and the leopards

I'm sorry your education system has not prepared you for this moment, but you're currently fighting FOR the hill with the Nazi flag planted in it, so I'm done listening to your opinion on how engagement works.

I'm sorry you're blinded by your knee-jerk reaction. you're fighting for the death of this sub (a sub for making fun of the people you think this decision will hurt). you've got your priorities backwards here

Who needs enemies to tear this sub apart when you have allies like these?

Good call. No screenshots is going to tank this sub, but too much schadenfreude is probably bad for you anyway.

schadenfreude is one of the few things we can enjoy going forward.

[And by all means, do. But imbibe responsibly ... taking pleasure in other people's pain is what they usually do after all. At some point we have to make sure that we stay better than them.](https://sh.reddit.com/r/LeopardsAteMyFace/comments/1i7h4ss/comment/m8lkpri/

Didn't this last election show us what taking the high road gets you? Frick them. I'm done trying to lead horses to water.

"but muh screenshots! the content!" Screenshots still encourage a non-zero amount of people to use the Nazi-owned site. If a sub that's dependent on content from a Nazi platform fades away because it won't support a Nazi, it's a worthwhile loss.

Then why are you on a sub depending on content from a nazi platform?

Screenshots need to be allowed! That's the main source of content for this sub. This is ridiculous.

Your opinion is ridiculous. Screenshots amplify the sites influence even without links.

Well good luck showing leopards eating people's faces when this sub just banned screenshots from the place where those people primarily hang out.

Yeah, cause there's no other way to communicate stupid shit from the right. /s

It's ill-advised strategies and virtue signaling that helped put Dems in this current position. The schadenfreude sub needs to be able to show schadenfreude. Looking at rightoids freak out is this sub's purpose. Turning off the BEST source of schadenfreude is contrary to that purpose. Scraping Facebook and random conservative subreddits is not the same. Let the other subs worry about amplifying messages.

We need screenshots. Half this subreddit is Xitter screenshot

I'm entirely in favour of banning links, but banning screenshots is going too far.

the less people care that xitter exists the better for everyone.. screenshots stops direct traffic but continues to give publicity to the nazis website which is what he feeds from. the internet is pretty big, pretty much unlimited I think we can find lots of content elsewhere.

Banning screen shots is (I'll put this nicely) shortsighted. Although moderators ruining their own subreddit by being shortsighted and heavy handed is a tale as old as Reddit.

Finally, now this sub can die.

Yeah not allowing SS kinda kills this sub.

"not allowing SS" is kinda the point
