I got rejected for being an italian fascist

I recently met a girl who called herself a fascist, so I decided to ask her on a date. She said yes and we met at a nice restaurant to get to know each other. We were having a great time and the topic of politics came up. I asked her what fascist literature she has read. She said she's only read mein kampf and considers herself a nazi. I thought she was joking so I started laughing, but then I realized she was deadly serious when she started glaring at me. She asked why I was laughing, and I told her that Hitler was a revisionist (big mistake). This got her even more mad and she shouted at me saying hitler wasn't a revisionist and that his theory is the next evolution of Fascism. Then I responded “yeah it's the next evolution of killing jews” (probably not the best thing to say). She angrily stormed off, leaving me alone at the table. Even if she was a revisionist, I'm still sadden by the experience. How do y'all handle this italian fascist discrimination? Should I have lied about my beliefs and pretended to also be a nazi? I need advice on this problem.

She rejected you for talking like that about Hitler. Historically, Mussolini and Hitler were allies. So, please. Apologize for saying that about Hitler and move on. Don't attack your fellow people.
