It looks like that, it always fricks people over, and it has no shape-changing or mind control abilities. How the frick does anyone ever get fooled by these things? How are you even supposed to use them in a game? More importantly, why can’t I play as one.? I want to destroy the Coalition using my stupid sexy serpent-man trickery, rule over the ruins of New York, and have whatever freaky freaks a dog-headed mansnake dinosaur demon thinks is hot. I want to resink Atlantis and laugh as my enemies perish. I want to trick the vampires of Mexico into eating each other.

I remember him being a prevalent figure in my early /tg/ browsing days. A relic from a time when /tg/ was a place where people went to talk about things they like and cool stuff they were doing.

I miss it so much. I got to watch it die in real-time. Witchdoctors & Warcrimes was one of the last major projects /tg/ tried to do together, and the r-slurred mods banned everyone involved in making it, myself included.

Deadball is one of the more 'tistic games I play and now there's an "expansion" of sorts on Kickstarter.

The game is pretty straightforward, it lets you generate moderately realistic baseball game outcomes using real life statistics. It's p fun in a sort of way.

Secondly, the heavier decision. Over the past few days, and earlier during the initial teaser season, a number of cards for the "The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth" set include characters who are black, or "non-white-European". The response to this has been abhorrent. The majority of our community is welcoming, and very friendly, and we take pride in being a welcoming space for LGBT+ and persons of color. But, people who visited these threads, especially ones about Aragorn, may have seen comments that outright use racial slurs, comments from neo-nazi accounts, comments that are incredibly demeaning to non-white people. We have banned users aggressively for this, but clearly it has not been enough, as even today, the community interference is rampant. Quite frankly, it's upsetting to see this kind of reaction on this sub.

My group has recurring GURPS JJBA games where we all come in with the most ridiculous characters possible. Once I was "Gangster Mario" and my stand was "Beloved Tomboyish Girl."

Its power was that it had a 2 meter aura of r-sluration that reduced people's IQ by 4 points in GURPS, which correlates to 40 IRL points. Mario was not immune to the aura, and it's actually why he became Gangster Mario. He ended up being tragically killed by Donald Jojo Trump, who's stand was Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.

Anyway, I haven't played in a hot minute due to finals, hopefully I'll have some fresh stories for next week's thread.

As a certified neurodivergent I love solitaire games of all kinds. War games are probably my favorite. Most of the Leader games from DVG, D-Day at Omaha Beach, that sort of thing.

I also recently found Deadball through an orange site post. It's a mega neurodivergent dice game that simulates baseball using real life statistics. It's a lot of fun.

like rogues was annoying when it was in standard but it was just one deck, now there's poison, mono-blue, grixis, feels like half the meta is just trying to be as annoying as possible
