saw a screenie of the original post from two years ago and had to see if it was real
mildly entertaining
Anyone else try to show nearby black people that they're listening to Kendrick Lamar?
Today i was on standing the train, listening to the new album and i noticed that there was a black guy standing behind me.
I wanted to show him that i'm not racist and am in fact all for black rights, so i opened spotify, put brightness on max and held my phone up (discretely) so he could see me jamming it to the π.
On the train ride back there was a black man sitting across from me so i did one better. I chucked on To Pimp a Butterfly, held my phone flat so he could see it and gave him a small nod.
I like to believe that i'm on the right side of history. I feel like they probably respected me for that.
Anyone else do this?
Comment section is mostly Shoah'd. Can't tell if bait or r-slurred.

Just go to the search bar and type in
"When I was 13"
"When I was 14"
"When I was 15"
"When I had s*x"
"I lost my virginity"
"I weighed around"
And sort by oldest
Thanks for that story carp

honestly it's kinda mindblowing hearing stories about japanese teenagers like, ages 12~14 just. quitting school, leaving home, and just traveling the country following their favourite bands, being supported by their online friends and other people in the community, and just spending their time faking their age hanging out at bars and adult clubs that they aren't supposed to be at. cause it's like. from an american perspective the immediate reaction is "holy shit how are these kids not in serious peril" but then it's like. "how are they so lucky and so safe that they get to just do this without their lives getting ended in some way. how are they so lucky that doing this has actually improved their physical and mental health cause they're no longer stuck at home or stuck at school, and can instead find the places where they belong at and just thrive in those spaces". like kids literally stop being suicidal because they get to live their lives the way they want to
it's just mindblowing cause this kinda shit would straight up never work in the usa. and like, japan is by no means a country where crimes against minors are uncommon, and yet that kind of lifestyle is still possible for them, and it's just like, man.

Back in the good old days in the 20th century, both corporations AND unions bought politicians to do their bidding. Also unions were based, corrupt, violent, and fought for their members.
Then the Feds only went after the politicians bought by unions, but not the politicians bought by corporations. So now, all the politicians are only bought by corporations, and all corporations are gay and lame without exception.
That's why we're now headed back to another Gilded Age where only corporate leaders and the rich have power and now everything is gay and lame and sucks on every end of the political spectrum.
True Radical Centrism requires corruption from based uneducated blue collar labor to counteract the gay and lame corporations.

It's fricking hilarious. When he was at the corporate comedy class I nearly threw up from laughing so hard.

Manifestly 2024 demonstrated that campaigns donβt (have to) matter. Harris ran an unbelievably tight ship while Trump limped from town to town, sagging on stage like a bag of dog shit.He hated his audience, danced to show tunes for 40 minutes, sometimes sucked off a mic. He won the popular vote.

Kind of like his Christian album only, you know, a Nazi album. Instead of Chik Fil A you've got "My girl like Auschwitz, she open 7 days a week".
