Caught a few episodes of this show on TV recently (one of those channels that plays nothing but old junk.) The existence of this show is always confusing to me as someone who isn't fully caught up on the All In The Family lore. This sequel/spinoff series isn't as good or hard hitting as All In The Family but it's serviceable and Carroll O Conner always gives a great performance.
"Although the Bunker home, long familiar to viewers, continues to be featured, the scenes are primarily set in the title's neighborhood tavern in Astoria, Queens, which Archie Bunker (Carroll O'Connor) purchased in the eighth-season premiere of All in the Family. During the first season as Archie Bunker's Place, Bunker takes on a Jewish partner, Murray Klein (Martin Balsam), when co-owner Harry Snowden decides to sell his share of the business. Early in the first season, to increase business, Archie and Murray build a restaurant onto the bar: the additions include a separate seating area for the restaurant and a well-equipped kitchen with a service window. Regular patrons include Barney Hefner, Hank Pivnik, and Edgar Van Ranseleer.[1]
Archie Bunker's Place is the sounding board for Archie's views, support from his friends, and Murray's counterpoints. Later in the series, after Murray remarries and leaves for San Francisco, Archie has one of his attorneys, Gary Rabinowitz (Barry Gordon), take on the role of business manager. Gary's views are liberal, in contrast to Archie's conservatism."

This wasn't the first time. I tried to replicate this in real life. I would go and basically be coincidentally be with the woman in the place. I'd learn everything about her in the name of friendship. I was unsuccessful because the woman was a straight.
Any type of older woman that's more likely to want to do homosexual s*x?

I'm a lifelong Catholic, but to be honest, I've never been a fan of Pope Francis. He's a bit woke for me. Hope the next one opposes illegal immigration.
Anyway, I'm not sure if it's sinful or not to hope he dies since his teachings are directly leading the Church to sin.
Just wondering your thoughts

I'll go first:
Eyes Wide Shut - me and the Mrs try to watch a spicy flick here and there. This one ended up being more contemplative and disturbing. We loved it, as it portrays extramarital adventurism as a dark, sinister thing. The film's centerpiece is the elitist s*x cult scene which seems prescient in hindsight. Kidman is so gorgeous. Cruise was very good in this one. Highly recommended.
Peanut Butter Falcon - despite the use of the word "r-slur" here on RSP, was nice to see a feel good movie with a deeper and less cheesy/Hollywoodized portrayal of a Down's character. Shia Labeuf and Dakota Johnson were great. The plot is a little contrived but I liked that it was a film about brotherhood. All three main characters are broken people from lost or broken families. The wrestling angle was fun.
Entrapment - Cheesy as frick, but love Connery and CZJ was a hot goddess in the 90s/00s.
A History of Violence - I thought this was a pretty poignant film for this point in my life. I've become extremely anti-war and anti-violence as the Internet has enabled keyboard warriors to wish the worst on others without having seen or experienced firsthand what they're manifesting, typically. This film is brutal, and it shows how violent action can spur a chain of events that can ruin many lives. The s*x scenes were hot, too. Maria Bello set the standard for beautiful middle aged women in the mid 00s.
Let's comment on each other's analyses too.
