!goomblers and !goyslopenjoyers crossover!, for any of you who have gone to casinos - what was the food like?, if you were a gambler, were you offered free comps and stuff?, or have any of you just gone to casinos simply to eat and stuff?

kaist @kaistpr professor jinjoon "vendetta" lee @jinjoon_lee forced me to send a fairly large sum of money to his wife's bank account, under threat of withdrawing an offer to be a postdoc in his lab. university leadership such as president kwang hyung lee did nothing about this pic.twitter.com/ENqePsXuxH

Iβve said from here to Colorado that itβs in the best interest of voters to have a choice in the race for president. Iβm also duty-bound to follow the law as Ohioβs chief elections officer.

Journotards are scoing it really well for the most part, you know they like their walking sims because it's a art, but it really looks like boring, annoying slog.
https://www.metacritic.com/game/senuas-saga-hellblade-ii/
Metacritic score is sitting at 81%, not terrible in most circumstances but Xbox could really use a smash hit, not a polarizing walking sim RN.
Some quotes from the Reddit post:
Puzzles and combat are too easy and there is no variety in either
I just got to the first puzzle and it's the exact same "find the symbol in the environment" puzzle from the first game.
Remember to recycle kids
From the little gameplay I've seen, it really does seem like endless ASMR-like yapping. I know that " it's the point of the game dude it's supposed to emulate psychosis thay consulted with real psychosis patients!!" but if the point of the game is to annoy me until I turn it off it doesn't sound like something worth playing

First of all it forces me auth? Frick you! This is a local set up strag! "Oh buh muh pryvit trackers done did demanded it!" private trackers are for lifeless losers
My next issue is it demanding read/write to my media libary. Frick right off. You exist to send links to my seed box. The end. You don't need to know what i have much less be allowed to fiddle frick with it. But sonarr won't even let you add a show without first giving it read/write somewhere on your system to make a folder.
Then we have the "Download client" issue. Sonarr thinks I want it to download things, this is an r-slured assumption born of ego. I want an rss feed I can plug into my existing solutions. As far as I can tell sonarr literally cannot do this. A rss reader can't take some rss items, combine them into 1 feed and expose it.
inb4: "Buh it support clients!!!". That's nothing but useless. Oh I can set up a fricking webui on one of the handful of supported torrent clients? That's SOOOO much better than being able to use an rss feed which would work with ALMOST EVERYONE IN EXISTENCE
Look at this! "Oh a feature that would actually make our toyware useful? Naw we're not gonna do it and won't merge your code if you do it."
All I want from this is the ability to add shows without needing to set up regex and all horse shit in a million rss feeds!
Well lets read the docs I guess, maybe I can strongarm it into being less useless.
Webdevs did this.
Well lets look at the 'blackhole' option, it's the only one that isn't obviously dumb
Downloading and importing is where most people experience issues. From a high level perspective, the software needs to be able to communicate with your download client and have access to the files it downloads.
The frick you do. My client of choice can handle all that, you just serve as a front end!
And the words "torrent blackhole" aren't mentioned once on the page I was linked to, from the 'more info' button ON THE TORRENT BLACKHOLE OPTION
Lets google
That's kinda what I want! But it still demands read/write to write the peepee sucking files! Oh my god why is every dev on the earth so much worse than me?
Well I guess I can have it write the files to /tmp/whatever, copy them to my nas and have my client copy them from there. Hack, but it will work
Then make the folder!
Whatever, /tmp it is
WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND i DON'T CARE. I DON'T WANT THIS FEATURE, FRICK OFF!
/dev/null it is!
/var/empty it is!
Ignore this and saving anyway it is!
AIDS

I saw an article claiming Fallout fans want them to ditch building mechanics for future games...
— Jez (@JezCorden) May 21, 2024
Let me just chime in to say...
YOU BEST FUCKING NOT.
I would actually go as far to say the next elder scrolls should have more of that stuff too. I think proper mining, foraging and managing settlements can work
It will no longer be Fallout if they remove it.
this is the average fallout fan now btw
"I want our games to be worse!"
Yeah that sounds like the fallout fanbase ngl.
I doubt it.
They only expanded it for Starfield.
Why would they get rid of all that work.
wtf am i reading
