not a 🚂 (maybe 🤨😟) but I just blew past my all time weight goal I set for myself, this is all after 6 years of on and off lifting, and I still feel skinny as heck. people around me start to look smaller it's weird. muscular dudes don't look as ripped as they used to

went from 6' 140lbs to 6' 180lbs. my goal was 170. Looking at it now makes me realize how skinny 170 was, I could legit make it over 200 if I try hard enough. I don't look muscular or anything. Nor fat. food amounts are shrinking too. I used to get full after 3/4 of one box of Mac and cheese and now I need two to feel full. oh and I'm not a total lightweight anymore

I decided to use /h/lit as the writing hole but @peepeehands has deemed that writing doesn't belong in the writing hole and exiled me from the /h/lit hole.
