100 IQ means average. If your country IQ is below 100 that means they are actually below average in intelligence. You cannot succeed by being below average in a capitalist society. Below average in a capitalist society means that your bank account will fill up over time, but the ratio/ gap between you and the rest of society will only ever widen with time.

The America of today suffers from the same failures that Italy in the past did. That of building their armies with mercenaries, or in the case of the US, building their workforce with immigrants. Immigrants who can leave the US if it were to collapse. Immigrants who can loot the US and escape to their own homeland. Immigrants who now try to avoid American cultural assimilation completely and now instead expect you to behave like themselves, like people who had to escape their land.
The US suffers from the costs of not investing in their own populace. For that would take too long. Much like a Medieval king buying an already trained mercenary army over training his own men. Both of those situations resulting in similar disasters in the times to come.
Observing the western nations, it becomes clear that having more than 15% of the total population be first generation immigrants is always going to be a bad idea, that will come to haunt the country in the end. For the moment disaster strikes, all of these first generation immigrants will leave the country, for they have no reason to invest their entire lives and soul into a foreign land.

China dominate global world order because China getting smarter. US get stuck in current world order because US no get smarter. Without smarter, no new solutions.
