Worked at a rescue kind of spot with easily 200 chickens, 50 turkeys, 3 rheas, 3 emus, few pigs, 10 goats, and a sheep. 98% of the chickens were fine, but there were definitely 2 roosters I would have done this to. Those mfers would hunt you down. I'd have to lock myself in the coup so they couldn't get in, and they'd keep pacing around trying to get in. (Also 1 of the emus was completely psycho and would charge you if you came within 100ft of it, luckily they are easily scared away) I'd rather by charged by the angry emu, then deal with angry roosters. Was just gonna say. I often pet sit for this family who raises chickens. The hens are more or less fine but the one rooster they have is such a b-word. Yeah.. if a dog repeatedly attacked me, i would kill it. Or at least try to. Its either gonna be killed by me or whatever agency comes to destroy it for being a threat to humans. I don't see why humans should hold back against animals when their health is in danger, even if their life necessarily isn't. They aren't human. They don't understand logic necessarily. It's an easy way to let yourself get seriously hurt. (2)

I didn't know much about the industry so I thought that it winning the Hugo meant it had to be at least of decent quality. It was so bad that she said it had to read it too

Now I'm in person 4 days a week (45 minute commute) because the People who run the morning standup and assign jira points wanted tiktok followers

Started a few shows, all of which I probably wont keep watching unless someone tells me they are good: 'Bibliophile Princess', 'As Miss Belzebub Likes It' and 'Summoned To Another World For A Second Time'.

I also watched 'Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon', was okay I guess.

Then, after so much 'meh', I decided to rewatch something I knew I liked, and remembered that 'Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-San' got a second season. Its a very good show, I hope it gets another season. The male lead is a loser, but they managed to make him not an annoying cute twink, like most anime with loser male leads fail to do. Plus nagatoro is cute.

Also it has a marsey reference?!?

Then I wanted more of the teasing stuff, and the only two shows which are that way I remeber are 'Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-San' and the anime with the girl with the Sugoi Dekai shirt. I latter I remember not finding that good, though still okay, but when I watched Takagi-San back in 2019 I liked it a lot, and I havent seen season 3 or the movie yet, so I rewatched it, and just started season 3. I still like it, though its much slower than nagatoro, which is to be expected considering the setting, but it picks up the pace in season 2. Im looking forward to the rest.

Thats it for the week, !anime let me know if there are more shows like nagatoro that I somehow missed.

For further context: Metro Boomin's mother was murdered by her boyfriend before he also killed himself less than 2 years ago.

Metro was unbelievably close to his mother. She bought him his first laptop at 13 because he wanted to start making beats and used to drive him 8 hours on weekends to collaborate with artists when he was in highschool.
