!wagies heres why Mcdonalds is better than your shitholes
Hewwo friends
The Chicken BigMac just came out today and we just got the supply shipments.
So of course I wanted to be one of the first to try it after my shift
Coming in at $6.35 and with unique chicken patties not used in any other chicken sandwich, it looks pretty good.
It's basically a swap of a Big Mac with chicken which you could probably do as a special request.
What are my predictions?
I think it'll probably do pretty bad which is already seen in it being temporary, it'll mainly be a one time thing you try. It's more expensive than a normal Big Mac but the only difference is chicken.
Another issue is the additional problem with supplies since it's a unique patty for a sandwich that can only be used for that. One could say that the steak bagel exists despite that but it's easier to purchase, store AND cook steak patties for a decently popular item, specifically with Muslims (pedos). In fact I've had multiple tell me that they wish McDonald's had such items and then I tell them yeah we got non pork steak bagels, and we can switch it to any bread they want.
However this chicken is unique and can't be cooked in simple batches at the time of request like the steak. They need to be fried and stored like any other which can take some time. And you can't just have tons of them in the freezer since you can expect the steak to be selling lower amounts and can order as needed, while the chicken you really can't, especially since it's a temporary promotion.
Last December there was a Kerwin Frost meal which we had stocked up boxes worth of supplies but it failed and we had a bunch of useless boxes.
I think only those of a jogging preference would enjoy the sandwich frequently throughout the available time.

#Taste Test
Now that's all a preface to eating
Firstly, the chicken is good!
It tastes a lot like a Mcnugget, in fact it uses the same white meat, although it had a different kind of texture that feels somewhat flakey. Everything else was just like a big Mac, although I feel the BigMac sauce actually works to the detriment of the burger.
The sauce usually helps give some flavor to what would be a load of bread and meat with enough lettuce to make you feel healthy. That flavor, which I've always tasted as a bit sour, is not as good on this chicken BigMac. Really it just makes parts of it taste similar to nuggets dipped in sweet and sour but worse.
Maybe some would like it but I found myself feeling it worked against the sandwich.
But overall, it's a really good sandwich. I'd prefer if it was standalone since it's basically like a giant thin nugget that would go good on just normal buns. Would be an upgrade to the mcchicken meat used.

Lid was hot so I ripped a piece of the hamburger helper off to protect my hands. I’m using every part of the box, like how the Native Americans did when they had hamburger helper. Nothing goes to waste pic.twitter.com/XWW3i9DyRn

If you want @AverageBen10Enjoyer's opinion then Starbies has never had good coffee and has turned into a milkshake shack. Customers still expect to be served quickly but now want a drink with 3 syrups, 4 foams and 2 different milks. Also a lot of Starbies have changed from coffee shops into drive thru/mobile order huts; hardly any seats and no traditional coffee shop ambiance.
You're not here for my opinion though, let's see what Daily Mail commenters think.
Long waits for an inferior product that's overpriced. That's like going to a government office and expecting a good outcome.
Daily Mail user Intelligent Skeptic says
Thanks for your response and your analysis of the Starbucks wait time. I have no doubt that you are correct that the clientele cause their own traffic jam - at least in part. (There is the great coffee ordering scene from LA Story which exemplifies your comment). And although you overlooked this point, I think Starbucks had something going for it at its patio equipped stores. I used to bring my 200 pounds of canine companions with me after we hit the dog park for an hour or so. The "Can I pet thems" were non-stop. The puppies seemed fine with it as well. Especially Peepeeens the Golden Retriever. What a ham.
Thank you for that incoherent babble!
Let's not forget the aggressive grab for tips as well. A close friend was there this weekend, got a bottle of water out of the case, and set on the counter to pay. The employee actively asked for a tip, and when the friend declined, the employee said "but don't you want to tip?" She then explained that It goes to her hair and nails getting done. A tip on a $3 bottle of water with no service other than ringing it up? No.
I'm not sure that happened.
Being woke didn't help their cause. More and more, consumers are spending their money with like-minded businesses.
Right wing coffee shops win again.
Starbucks was once a unique experience. However now there are so many coffee houses with better coffee, service & ran by locals. When Starbucks began to tell cops not to come & let anyone use the bathrooms & started all the BLM &LQBTQ they lost a lot of customers & they are not coming back.
I don't go to Starbucks anymore because the employees are always so odd. It's like they recruit from a different planet.
I laughed when they instituted the rule that non-customers could use their bathrooms because denying non-customers from using their bathrooms was somehow racist. The result? The homeless started using their bathrooms to shoot-up heroin.....LOL
You're paying $8 for a single shot of espresso mixed in with a cup of water or milk. Add in tax and a tip and let's say you're paying $9 per cup.
You can get a very nice home espresso machine for about $300. 20 cups worth if extremely high quality espresso beans is about $20, so let's say a total investment of $350 to also cover milk and any other little extras.
It's cheaper to buy your espresso machine, silly expensive beans, organic unpasteurized whole milk, and make your own than it is to buy Starbucks just 39 times. Faster too, because it only takes about 5 minutes to brew up a double espresso from scratch.
BTW, my daughter is a certified Starbuck barista. Guess who never buys Starbucks.
Not properly trained? But a previous comment said his daughter is a Starbucks certified batista. Is that not equivalent to a diploma?
They have to prove they support hamas
And they are rude and obnoxious at my local Starbucks. Can't stand their elitist attitude. Ffs, they make coffee. And 1/2 the time they look like they haven't bathed in months. I personally believe it's too late for them to clean up their act.
All GOOD points.

Where will I go for overpriced microwaved shit now? I never understood how they managed to make food so bad at such a high price point. TERF Island needs Cheesecake Factory.

/u/Pitmaster4Ukraine is an American-Dutch man who a year ago started posting BBQ food with stories about cooking on the front line of the war. He scatters his posts across pro-Ukrainian and food subreddits. He even has his own website https://www.pitmaster4ukraine.com.
He posts this average-looking food with titles like:
Made a surf and turf, for a great team at work on the zero line..
Whole hog Asado 20 kilometers from zero line Oekraine, a bed room with a view ..
How we make good bbq at zero line in Ukraine.
Made some chickens at the zero line (frontline Ukraine) for hungry soldiers at absolute zero..
His comments are nonsense combined with a complete lack of modesty:
They really appreciate this,, at first they think no way a new weapon training.. and then there is good food as a weapon.. 😅
We fight with elbows and knees,, bbq is bbq, until you only hit it on a gas stove ..
He's always very eager to explain that zero line is even more dangerous than the front line.
You'd expect this combination of pro-Ukraine and BBQ to farm upmarseys like crazy, but most of his submissions barely make it off the ground. His best submission has 7k upmarseys and posts on page 2 of his profile go as low as 200 upmarseys. Some of his posts are even removed, such as this attempt at making it big in /r/foodporn (even more impressive because /r/foodporn loves shitty food + a sob story):

It's harvest season and I've been enjoying apple cider, apple brandy and fresh apples
My family insists on Northern Spy for baking and for eating I kind of enjoy Honeycrisp.
What are you go to apples?

Here in the Midwest we don't have a lot of options for southern chicken so when this one opened I decided to try it out.
I got two sliders and fries. The chicken was really good. Hot, fresh, juicy, well seasoned, on a bun with coleslaw, pickles, and sauce it was really good. I got "hot" which is two steps below the hottest they have and it was pretty mild lol. The fries were adequate, nothing amazing but not the worst fast food fries.
The real killer though is the price. Two sliders, fries, and a drink were like $18. It's really good but at that price I doubt I'll eat there often.
Thank you for coming to my slop talk.

Was jerkin it a bit ago and remembered a girl that was a FWB situation. Anyway I invited her over for dinner and I was making cheese steaks that night and she said that sounds great. So when she finally showed up I was just starting to cook up the peppers and onions. We made out a bit in kitchen for awhile and the veggies were ready and I was like girl I gotta get this meat on. I usually cook cheese steaks with shaved beef but they were out at the usual store I go to so I grabbed some steakums .
I pulled them out the freezer and noticed this chick make a disbelieve face. She was noticeably upset I was using this steakem meat? I asked her if everything was good and she made an excuse she had to go to the bathroom quickly. I'm like alright must be an emergency. Well I finish our cheese steaks and am adding cheese whiz as the final ingredient and she comes waltzing out, almost running to the front door saying its an emergency and implied that she was having bowel problems and had to go.
The thing is bros I went into the bathroom after she left and smelled no hint of shit or farts. I think she was embarrassed and ashamed that instead of shaved beef it was steakum meat.

Driving home from anytime fitness a few minutes ago I saw a !burgers posting his highly processed and cancerous shopping cart. It shocked me that people in the year of creation 5784 (for a few more days) have not taken advantage of the wealth of nutritional and physiological knowledge available at their fingertips and continue to shovel such filth into their bodies. Then I realized most gentiles are incapable of synthesizing information without having a twitch streamer or propagandist do the research, thinking and interpreting for them. Accordingly, I have written up a guide to proper eating. Enjoy.
Foods
GOOD:
1. 🫘 Legumes (peas, beans, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts) should be the mainstay of your diet. They're filling, packed with fiber, vitamins, protein and slow-release carbs
2. 🍣 Proteins are important if you work out and occasionally if you don't. Some good ones include: chicken, turkey, eggs, sardines, salmon, mackerel, and tuna (occasionally - mercury). For poultry, avoid fried: rotisserie chickens are an option, grilled, roasted or sauteéd chicken breast, etc. I can't comment on seafood because I don't eat it but in theory should be okay too. Soy's fine for women
3. 🥗 Vegetables are great. They include:
🥔 Roots (potatoes, yams): filling, provide extra carbs when needed. Potatoes if boiled, baked or steamed then refrigerated turn to resistant starches which are very healthy. Fried potatoes are a tier or two lower. You also have turnips, carrots, and the like, which have vitamins and antioxidants. Carrots are great to snack on whenever and basically zero calorie
🥬 Leaves (spinach, arugula, sprouts, cabbage): good for fiber and antioxidants. Iceberg lettuce not included as it is basically water
🍅 Tasties (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, onions, peppers) : have good nutrient profiles and make things yummy. Many are acidic which aids in digestion, cooking and the like. Not, generally speaking, as rich as leaves but certainly more palatable
🥒 Pickled and fermented veggies are excellent for digestion
4. 🍌 Fruits have many of the benefits of veggies, and their sugars tend to be healthier, for those with a sweet tooth. Citrus are especially good for reasons listed above. Note that tropical fruits like mangos (while delicious) don't have the nutrient profiles of their darker and more northern counterparts - blueberries, blackberries etc.
MEH:
1. 🌾 Whole grains whether wheat or rice-based can be eaten if you really need carbs, say after or before an intense workout, but otherwise don't do much for your system. More filling than their refined counterparts, at least
2. 🌰 Nuts and seeds are a mixed bag (), high in beneficial nutrients and protein but also calorific and hard to digest. Consume sparingly
3. 🥩 Red meat whether beef, pork or lamb have the closest protein structure to humans so in theory would be optimal for tissue-building HOWEVER cause more inflammation than protein from sources less related to us. Eat when you need it and stay away otherwise
4. 🧀 Yogurt and certain cheeses, ghees and the like: the vast majority of the world is lactose intolerant so eat dairy rarely and in low-lactose forms. Pros are less inflammation and sometimes probiotic bacteria but besides fat you don't get much from it nutritively
. BAD:
1. 🍞 Regular Carbs: bread, pasta, corn and rice. Minimal nutritional benefit and a high glycemic index to boot. Most cultures relied on them because they'll keep you alive in a pinch, yield large quantities, and are easy to grow, but we live in the future
2. 🥓 Preserved meats are carcinogenic. Yes they taste good. Eat rarely, when you can't help yourself
3. 🥛 Dairy speaking broadly: milk, butter, cheese, etc. Enjoy acne breakouts
4. 🧈 Most fats: no benefit, high in calories. This includes dressings. Americans, shockingly, can't eat a fresh plant without lathering it in 500 calories of lipid first
. ATROCIOUS:
1. 🎂 Sugar, pastries, soda etc. Just keep yourself safe before the diabetes takes you
2. 🍿 Highly processed foods. Chips, cookies, snacks, prepackaged "meals", whatever. If it can sit on a shelf for a month without rotting it's got enough preservatives to massacre your gut biome
General Principles
a. 🤏 Minimize calories to what you need to survive and meet your goals - you'll live longer, feel better and look sexier
b. 🧠 Eat with your brain, not your eyes - food is fuel, though a lot of people treat it as a drug or lover
c. 💦 Water, surprisingly, isn't the best hydrator. Anything with particles in solution or suspension, like tea, lassi, soup etc is easier for your villi to grab on to. Otherwise, most of the liquid just flows through
d. 🍱 Don't drink water with a meal, or within ~30 minutes of one, unless you'll choke or are extremely thirsty. It dilutes your stomach's PH, worsening your digestion. If you have to drink with a meal, choose something acidic, like beer or wine
d. 🍳 Protein is useful when you're recovering from an illness or building muscle. Any more than your lb bodyweight's equivalent in grams (in an athletic person! less for most) is wasted, so be smart in how much you take
e. 🫃Carbs, fats and protein over your daily caloric needs all get converted to fat. Certain vegetables are basically the only food you can eat guilt-free
f. 🥘 Cooking is easy! Google a recipe or have chatgpt make you one, get ingredients and follow the steps. It's like legos but even more tolerant of mistakes (within, say, 25%) If you fear making too much, portion it out and freeze, refrigerate, and give to friends and loved ones if needed. They'll likely return the favor
g. 🏪 Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store (rare good reddit advice !nooticers). I get baking supplies, condiments, frozen and canned fruits and veg, and certain specialty items (matzo) from the inside rectangle, but otherwise:
That's all I got off the top of my head. Hope this helps you be the best you
