I had always assumed that transferring spaghetti from pot to a frying pan to apply sauce was unnecessary step. I'm just going to make it all in one pot! I don't need no pan. Well... today as a lark I did it. I even saved some of the water and mixed that in (before I would replicate this by simply retaining some in pot when I drained it ). It was soooo much better. The sauce was creamier! It stuck to the noodles more! It tasted betterer!!! I just didn't know! Okay! I didn't fricking know!!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!!! This is the offending incident. Is it OK for a foreign bus driver to punch an Irish child? What if he's protecting an asian woman from sexual assault? It's all very intersectional.

Definitely something the child deserved. How likely is it for adult bus drivers, with lots of witnesses and CCTV to beat a child for no reason? Obviously there was some darn good cause here.

That's simply a nonsense figure. For a start £1.7bn is assuming that private schools simply continue as they are but taxed. But they won't. If they are taxed many will be forced to close. And a great deal more will be forced to simply scale back. So that taxable amount will inevitably massively drop.

Oh no, less private schools and more children of rich people going to state schools. Oh the horror, having to share a school with all those commoners!

Frankly private schools should be scrapped. Finland has it right in this area imo. Make the toffs and rich kids go to a state school, they want to donate to education they can do it nationwide.

There's no point to these institutions other than to give the old boys a place to network before working age.

I'd be for this. Ban private education and private medical treatments for everyone in the UK.

If the rich want a better service they can donate, campaign, and lobby for it. If not then you're stuck using the same as the rest of the country.
