I work in the beauty industry and go to the gym after I'm off of work. I have to wear a full face of makeup to work due to my profession. I have very sensitive skin and my face washes are prescription. I can not put any other skincare on my face. I can only use it 2x a day or I get dry skin and a rash, it's very harsh. I'm new to working out, I'm still embarrassed to be at the gym anyways because of body dysmorphia. I feel like I look like an idiot going in with full eyeliner/eyelashes etc. and although people say that other people don't look at you at the gym, we all know that isn't true. I've been going 5x a week but I'm really embarrassed and thinking of just going on weekends when I don't work but I want to go more than that. Do people actually care or is it in my head?
