in 1943 the nazis set up a secret weather monitoring station in canada (or the greater UK territories, i guess, cause at the time the place wasn't part of canada). weather goes west to east in the atlanta ocean, so the allies were the only ones who could get long term weather info for planning purposes. the nazis snuck in to canadian wilderness and set it up just...out in the open. they labeled things CANADIAN GUBMENT STUFF and threw american cigarette packs around to further hide that it was them and not an allied weather station. it all worked so well no one even found it until 1977 (or if anyone happened to find it before then no one cared or told anyone or acknowledged it). when it was found everyone assumed it was an allied military thing and ignored it. in 1981 some guy decided to finally ask someone in the canadian goverment/military. so this nazi weather station was there for nearly 40 years without anyone realizing. they apparently only got like a weeks worth of weather reports before it stopped working. the weather station is now prominently displayed in a museum as it's the one contribution canada made to world war 2. and sure it was a contribution for the nazis but it's all canada has to brag about!!

I just went over the comments. Apparently as per genetic tracking it shows that Aryans definitely came into India 100 generations ago, and that 100 generations is a long enough time that pretty much all Indian populations have some Aryan DNA. Yet, somehow, there are groups of Indians who will claim that the Aryans were invaders and you don't count as Indian even if you have been here for 100 generations.

I don't know of any other country on the planet where you could have been staying there for 100 generations, have your genes spread out across the entire population, and still be considered outsiders who destroyed the land.

I had a nightmare Christmas this year,my brother died on Christmas eve. My bike was robbed. When I was cycling up dame street 3 days before Xmas an idiot threw a traffic cone and hit me , knocking me right in front of a car. Then only 2days ago a taxi driver knocked me off my bike. My leg is like a balloon and is really painful. Driver just kept going and then someone took my backpack. I was in shock so I stood up and said I was ok. It was only minutes after that I realized my bag was gone. Nothing of value but very distressing none the less. I feel like I have a target on my back. I went to the police and told them the place and time it happened. Guards did not seem too bothered and said they will look into it. This year is a nightmare and last year was brutal as my sister died on Christmas Day. I don't think I will ever enjoy Christmas again. The rage drivers display to each other is getting out of hand. So forget Xmas.
