I'm going to have to file charges against my twin

Maybe I'm turning into the runner? I don't know. He's in a position of power (grad student instructor) over me (undergrad). After this school year of treating me like shit, getting me kicked out of the lab, acting weird in class towards me (and others notice), outright hostility; my advisor said enough was enough, “he's discriminating against you for some reason”. They reported him and now it's up to me to file charges.

I did not want this; I just wanted him to treat me with respect and kindness like he used to do. I told him I loved him, on Thursday, he looked down in shame, and I told him I don't understand his contempt towards me this school year. He's angry at me over something. He won't talk about it but does passive aggressive things to me.

He was once in love with me last year before the summer break. However nothing ever happened (besides us holding hands once); the school frowns upon that kind of fraternization. Last year at the end of the semester, I started casually dating/hanging out with a physics student and on the last day of school my tf saw us together and I saw the wheels turn in his head and he seemed upset.

Then didn't see my tf all summer. He came back the first day of school a rude, changed man, and told me over summer had got himself a girlfriend. I was devastated. My physics guy had graduated and went to grad school across the country so we had broken up on good terms. So I had to hear all about my TF's girlfriend all year and then they went on vacation during winter break. Then after that I never heard about his girlfriend again.

I started dating someone else in January and told my TF about it one day in class and again he seemed upset. That seemed to ramp up his hostility towards me this semester. I'm in a class with him as “professor” and it's been a living heck. After I file charges I will most likely never see him again. He might get fired. I'm grieving this loss as if I cut off my right arm.
