Why did Elon Musk just say Trump wants to bring two stranded astronauts home?

I'm kind of amazed that these people really exist. There's a guy here who is so much like them it's just mind bending.

Just today he (let's call him Dwilton) came in (late) and I heard him yell across the warehouse to a laborer "WHERE"S MY FUN DIP." The laborer had borrowed the box of fun dip that wasn't being eaten because it's gross and has not given it back. I thought Dwilton could not be actually mad about this fun dip, but when I saw his face, he was. And that's a trope of these characters right?
