I'll never hold civilian protester chants to the same degree of seriousness as Israeli state officials statements on international television. Somehow I'm less phased by college kids and moms chanting “burn Tel Aviv” than I am Israeli government representatives telling world organizations that they're “proud of the ruins in Gaza”.

Kind of seems like trying to compare civilian protest to one of the most well funded militaries in the world, and that's just a flat out silly thing to try to do.

That might be the case but shouldn't we be concerned about people making these chants? They might not represent everyone's beliefs on the pro Palestinian side but it would be dumb to just shrug it off like it's nothing. [-52]

I'm sorry but i hate this movie with the passion of thousand suns. The writing is absolutely abysmal. The incompetence of the crew from weyland to hanger workers is topped only by the actual screenwriters. To list a few. The crew that is supposed to meet aliens, the most important mission of mankind (as the movie states) made by the most wealthy person ever, doesn't know what the mission is until they are almost there. While I understand the secrecy the company did not even run psychotests on the crew and it's full of people who are prone to panic and insanely irresponsible behaviour and apparently some of them are frantically scared of meeting aliens.Speaking of the guy who is frantically scared of aliens, pets a giant alien snake/worm thats friggning hissing at him.The guy with 3d map gets lost. Prometheus and Covenant are both awful for the same reason: the writing.The plot relies on intelligent, educated, prepared professionals acting and doing things that make them seem like idiots and amateurs. In writing, it's called the idiot plot. None of the main characters - except maybe Noomi Rapace's and Charlize Theron's - are remotely believable in their roles as top-in-their-field geologists, biologists, captains, archaeologists. We're literally told, in so many words, that these character are brilliant, which makes their decision making completely out-of-character and ruins the movie.Here are the worst examples of it in Prometheus:Geologist gets lost in a cave...after thoroughly mapping it. I won't spend long on this one, because it speaks for itself. In the same scene where the geologist radios the ship about being lost, the captain is looking at a holo-projection of the very cave structure they're "lost" in.
