Must be the nice weather causing socially awkward losers with no friends to try and venture out into the nearest cheap shithole to eat with no friends.
One in /r/Cleveland
I moved to Beachwood a little over a year ago and I'm still struggling to scope out places that don't look at me weird / treat me poorly for dining alone (during non-peak hours). I'm just One Dude and often don't have people to go with me to get food. Recs closer to the Beachwood area preferred, but I'll hear anything out.
Update: I've learned that it's REALLY not a big deal and the bad experience I had that scared me away from it is actually just that place being Terrible lmao
And another in /r/Detroit
Hello people of Detroit! I am currently here on a contract job, staying in the Troy area and working around Royal Oak. I've never been one to eat at restaurants much, but since my meals are reimbursed I've been very much taking advantage of it. I'm loving the food around here, especially ramen and sushi. But I've been craving hot pot recently. I've only been once since it is generally out of my budget, but it definitely seems like a group activity. I have pretty bad social anxiety so I may be overthinking it. Do you know of any hotpot in the area that would be cool with a solo diner? Definitely willing to drive a bit for good food. Thanks for any help, and all food recommendations welcome!

These are the biggest AI achievements from the last 5 years:
1) The bottomless pit greentext
2) Race-swapping filters. They're really funny.
Everything else I've seen so far is just uninteresting slop.

The Fresno River Viaduct in Madera County is one of the first completed high-speed rail structures. At nearly 1,600 feet long, high-speed trains will travel over the riverbed and will run parallel with the BNSF Railroad. #BuildHSR pic.twitter.com/zWqusPbOB9
