I don't meal prep that often, maybe a couple times a month, but my rotation is getting kind of stale. 80% of time it ends up being some variation of chicken breast, vegetables, and rice. The macros are good and it's easy but I want to mix it up some.

My other go to is chili (gringo chili because I use ground beef and dried spices lol). The ratio of effort to quality and quantity of output is insane. With 15 minutes of active work and another half hour to an hour of simmer time I can make like 8 servings of good tasting chili.

Now that it's almost April, I have to try to pretend it's not winter anymore, which means running the smoker when the wind is almost 25mph outside, resulting in completely unpredictable cooking temperatures.

Visual

I wouldn't normally pour something like this into a glass but I had to see what unholy color it was and it didn't disappoint.

I think it's best described as a cloudy, slightly bloody pink lemonade color.

Smell

Strong artificial strawberry. Think strawberry Nesquik.

Taste

Honestly it isn't as bad as I was expecting. It doesn't have the chemical aftertaste you get from a lot of zero sugar drinks. The fake strawberry flavor isn't overwhelming. I pretty much never drink Monster so I won't be getting it again but I was expecting it to be a lot worse. 6/10.

Felt like a fat piece of shit today so I gave it a try. I fried up the bacon and then fried the dogs (Hebrew National , cut in half of course to fry them properly) and some onions in the bacon fat. I put everything in a toasted bun with a Kraft single, pickles, and a small amount of ketchup.

It was kind of high effort for hot dogs (I rarely eat them normally and when I do I literally just microwave them and eat them on white bread) and I was expecting them to be better but they were kind of mid. At the end of the day they're still just hot dogs. I do not recommend it.
