On that note, why do so many horror games frick up the horror aspect, or make the horror feel like it pops out for a minority of the game. Why do so many horror games suck at creating a creepy disturbing atmosphere?

They all feel like soulless worlds.

The one in this video at least feels actually creepy even to watch. You don't know what's going on, the monsters look disturbing, you are feeling fricked up, you find other victims of the place and they are as clueless as you are. No over the top acting, just horror. Good shit.

Okay so basically it would be a street-fighter like game except there would only be like two characters, the libertarian and the nazi. The gimmick would be that after big combos you can transform into superior form.

Nazi

Normal Moves:

Rittenhouser: Pull a gun out and shoot horizontally.

Charlottesville Massacre: a car appears out of nowhere and drives across the screen, dealing massive damage to opponent

Schindler's Fist: A punch that, if it connects, temporarily transforms opponent into a very weak jew after having spent years in the concentration camp. In this mode, all attacks do double damage.

Cracker: Swing a whip in a short circumference around the player.

SUPERIOR Form: Donald Trump

Stochastic Terrorism: Unleash a horde of angry trump supporters who run across the screen, dealing massive damage.

Concentration Camp: A fence pops up around the opponent. The opponent is trapped in a southern concentration camp for mexicans, which deals a moderate amount of damage, after which time, if the opponent fails a quick time event, the opponent will be "deported" off the screen, leaving the Nazi to win by default.

Libertarian

Normal Moves:

Eat Fresh: Player launches a subway sandwich across the screen horizontally.

Pride Punch: A rainbow flag travels across the screen, dealing massive damage to opponent.

Molester: A punch that, if it connects, turns the opponent into a small child. All attacks do double damage.

Groomercordance: The groomercord logo appears and spins around the player, dealing small amount of damage to opponent.

SUPERIOR Form: Joe Biden

Black Lives Matter: Summons a fully armed group of ANTIFA members across the screen, dealing massive damage to opponent.

Soul Sniffing: Player grabs opponent and sniffs their head, leaving them unable to move and dealing a moderate amount of damage. At the end of this period, the opponent must succeed in a quick-time event or the opponents soul will be sucked out, leaving an NPC, meaning the player wins by default.

Look at these comments. Grown men profess nostalgia for a company that no longer exists. I began marking the back of an envelope each time that phrase was used. If there ever was a Blizzard that gave a darn, they're dead and gone. The cutscenes here are... lame. And derivative in the worst possible way. But there's no end of people asking for a live action film. I just don't get it. Blizzard fans remain enamored with a company that's frankly not super impressive given their reputation and funds.

The last exciting western video game was cyberpunk 2077 and technically it's Polish not American. Even that was a shitshow.

Elden Ring meanwhile is game of the year. The year before that Death stranding was the big game everyone talked about.

The Last of US 2 went down the shitter too. Horizon zero dawn was crap too.

Last time a western game didn't disappoint and was really good was either God Of War or Spiderman 2018.

Since then there has been no worthwhile game that I can think of that's coming out of the western world except for GoW2.

Not really that dramatic, but /r/TrueSTL (True Shitty The Elder Scrolls Lore) has been coping about one of their favorite "schizo" posters getting banned on multiple accounts even inspiring an imitator to make his own subreddit dedicated to the user. Kittenstomper6617 (RIP) was a seemingly popular user who was very interested in a specific Reguard (BIPOC) character from Skyrim, Nazeem, the guy who essentially calls you poor every time you walk by him. He really liked to post about him. Pretty much all of his posts were in line with the low effort shitpost style of the sub like this, this, or this.

So far, there have been more than a few posts lamenting the death of Kittenstomper/insulting the admins/calling for the users to rise up. The most popular being a post indirectly calling the admins cucks (Bretons in the lore are a race created due to elf on human r*pe). Even with 250 supporters, somehow I don't think their uprising will do much. Two other random posts trying to find out what's going on here and here.

I guess this is sort of blowing up there since Kittenstomper decided to start making new accounts and they all get banned in a few days, since it looks like he was banned months ago. So far, I've found at least two banned accounts from the last day or two (I know there are more but I'm not looking for every account that includes "Nazeem"), one active (real Kittenstomper), and two imposter accounts. One of the imposters has started up his own subreddit, /r/kittenstomper. The other is doing his part to carry on the Kittenstomper legacy. It is with great sadness I can also inform you that real Kittenstomper is a gachashitter.😔😔😔

The size of each Save State file will vary depending on the game. Size can range from 50 MB to 2-3 GBs depending on the game and frequency of the feature's usage. This may change and become smaller in size in the future.
