i got a raise so i'm moving out of my mom's basement dad's spare bedroom into a camper in a mobile home park keeping my expenses low so i can keep dumping money into investments almost everything can use electric but the stove needs propane to run frick that the previous owner used an ancient hot plate from the 80s to avoid using propane but it's dirty as heck and the coil design makes it hard to clean i thought about just buying a hot plate from walmart but the reviews almost unanimously say they're technically warming devices that take ages to heat things and don't last for very long trying to look up products just returns SEO affiliate link slop so i'm turning to the very smart and frugal people of rdrama to give me the best product for fakepoorcelmaxxing

I drink a lot but not to addiction amounts, but enough that it is a past time and something my wife and do out of boredom. Lately I've been concerned about the amount I drink and found one of Katie herzog's substack articles about how she quit drinking all together with Naltrexone which is a pill that dulls your dopamine response to alcohol, making it so it's not as enjoyable anymore by your brain's response.

More importantly essentially a pill that helps you to limit your drinking while not making you quit for good if you don't want to.

I've been on Naltrexone for about 2 months using the Sinclair method and have gone from 3 drinks a day (and more on the weekends with occasional ride calling drunkenness) to about 1 every two or three days. I think I'm going to keep with it to see how far it goes bc while I'm not an addict, it's just plain healthier to avoid drinking or drink much less.

I suggest everyone at least look into it..
