Shouldn't be too difficult. Patient is referred from the ER to psychiatric ward where 11 y/o male is bound to gurney after stealing random medical supplies screaming he wants a scalpel and punching his face.

Previous therapy notes provided by parents express autism, ADHD, ODD, patterns of aggressive behavior, severe dysregulation, previous animal cruelty, increasing levels of suicidal ideation including eloping from elementary school into the center of a busy intersection and laying down resulting in police and ambulatory care services having to physically restrain and remove patient and direct transport to local ER resulting in a 48 hour hold in psychiatry ward (72 hour not justified). Patient was monitored and only allowed out under staff supervision directly to restroom and back to room.

Patient was released with resources for residential placement treatment facilities.

One thing I've wondered about Church Christianity is when the words or Paul contridict with the teachings of Jesus, they seem to reject Jesus and take the words of Paul?

Jesus taught to sinners. I would argue that Judas wasn't a great example of someone who was free of sin.

It's too easy just to be like "Oh, Paul wrote the word of God" when he wrote his letters so Paul is equivalent to Jesus, and I think it is a logical error. We might as well be building altars and worshipping Paul if we are just going to reject Jesus.

My personal opinion is that Paul corrupted Christianity and led the religion astray.

Is Paul equivalent to Jesus? If not then how do you explain the many many contradictions between their writing and teachings? Either the word of Jesus was the word or God or the word of Paul was? They can't both be true.

This is why I reject Paul's writings almost entirely in my path, and I definately don't do what the Church does and prioritize above the teachings of Jesus when they do contridict.

Therapy notes are clogging up actually important info. I don't need the twice daily notes of therapy for the past 6 months that are near identical. I literally just want oncology notes that are weeks apart. I'm technically a traveling oncologist willing to give assistance, I don't know the patients nor do I actually care about them.

Thanks for sending me notes because I might make my flight and now will never read them. If your patients are fricked up enough, why send them to somebody that has a lower EQ than your mentally fricked up patients before agreeing to even see them?
