I'm playing Cyberpunk now mainly, still trying to get the best performance form my new laptop out of it...by videos I seen on YouTube I should be getting 40-50 fps with everything on ultra and raytracing on..
I get 22 fps lol
I don't know what settings to change on Nvidia control center or armory case app lol
The game should be booming on i9 processor and 3070 Ti card

Set the graphics to basic or low, and see how much your FPS goes up.
Basically, disable everything special and then put stuff back on one-by-one or small sets. It's gotta be some weird setting like ULTRA REAL SHADOWS or something that's holding ya back.

I have a 3080 and get about 40-45fps on 4k RT w DLSS. You probably already know this but a laptop 3070 Ti is not a 3070ti at all, it's more like a 2060.

On quality dlss and ray tracing off I get 37-59 fps while everything else but motion blur is on ultra.
If I turn on Nvidia dlss option I her 23-30

JUST TURN OFF RAYTRACING.
I get 95fps with it off. 45 with it on.
With everything else set to max, you stop noticing the lack of cool reflections in a few minutes.

They don't make non-RTX cards.
I have a 3070 and I would have preferred a $100 cheaper option that has the same raster performance but just can't do the dumb RTX gimmick. I've not played a single game where the ray traced lighting is better-er enough that it actually improved the picture more than it tanked the frame penalty.
We've spent the past 30 years of game development learning how to convincingly fake real lighting, and it's at the point where it's good enough for me.
