This week's entry will be Planescape: Torment
A CRPG set in the Dungeons & Dragons setting of Planescape in which The Nameless One, an immortal amnesiac, sets off on a quest across the infinite Planes and gathers a party of conflicted companions to find out who he is and reclaim his mortality. i put like 150 hours into Elden Ring since Christmas
i'm still on my first playthrough lol. lot of time spent in co-op with my friends who also got it around then. beat the fire giant last night on my own.
tried a few different builds but now feeling pretty good with Dark Moon Greatsword Intelligence build wearing Blaidd's armor and jacking up the poise with Bull Goat Talisman.
hyper-armoring through invader attacks is tight

I neurodivergentally leveled up by farming those five trolls everyone talks about farming. Fire giant didn't give me too much trouble. Malenia though ooof.

You want the Mohg palace approach area, completely mogs everything else and you can get there almost immediately. Even has two options for early and late game farming:
1. 70kish, not certain on exact number, souls in under thirty seconds once you get the Sacred Relic Sword.
2. 11k souls every 30 seconds if you just have a bow and arrow to shoot the bird in the lake.

I think I know where you're talking about. I did that too. Trolls were good for quick 5-10k souls if I needed them but that area was great when I was a higher level and wanted to farm. I think I was level 100 or 110 when I did Malenia. She still kicked my butt several times. lol

yeah I basically did everything I could get to in Limgrave, Caelid, Liurnia, Altus, Gelmir, Siofra, Nokron, Nokstella, and Deeproot before going up the mountain

I did my playthrough with mostly int too, didn't use the greatsword because unfortunately it clipped through the cool Ranni hat. So i just used the katana the whole game

i play a filthy moid, i do not wear my maiden's hats
blaidd set + blackflame monk hood or Azure hood looks great, no clipping. Carian knight shield doesn't clip through the cape or anything on my back either.
but lol MOONVEIL SCRUB j/k I used it for a while too, until I got the Sword of Night and Flame, started building for that, paired it with the Carian Knight's Sword, powerstanced that with Raptor's armor for a while, mixing up the skills with jump attacks and it worked pretty good for a while but fell off in late game.

I played moid too, the hat is neat. it also boosts all the moon spells, so i was doing pretty good damage with her dark moon spell + the moonblade spell. All that shit sucks for bosses though, I killed them mostly with rockspam. i only used moonveil to conserve mana while going through dungeons

i like the carian sword sorcery/skill style (Carian Grandeur feels so good) and adulla's moonblade is sick, I use it even with the dark moon greatsword in my right hand, but I'm not gonna bother with the moon nukes

i think that staff needs 60 and one of the moon spells is 68
i'm sitting at 49 right now, my level 150 will put that at 50 (w/o talismans or rune arcs)

Her dark moon spell puts a 10% damage increase or something like that on enemies for a minute so it's a pretty good opener. not very efficient though
