"Maybe this is their strategy. Add in a main character for a game that’s really controversial and that way it’ll distract from the fact you’re trying to get people to spend $130 for the f**king game.”

Let’s break it down.
So essentially, it’s your child’s responsibility to keep their character alive in this game— think Sims or a Tomagachi. These characters used to be able to get jobs…

Its every way worse game. It looks like shit. I have issue see where borders of arena is. Beocuse everything is this muted collored mesh that's low quality.
Game play is worse then 1. From how it feels to how fun it is. Weapons are meh. Power ups are meh. It is step down from 1.
Writing is biggest offender. It is full blow tumblar writing. Characters are cringe and gay. Writing is even worse. It is just bad

Context: There are full fledged pokemon fangames and romhacks because Nintendo is lazy and shit. You can use a plugin for rpg creator to make any kind of pokemon fangame. Beekeeping game? All new region with a new story? Fakemon? Rogue-like? Auto-Chess? Yep all possible. Recently though someone made like the 7th Rogue-like and this one is REALLY good with a ton of features quickly becoming so popular that like now twice as many people know fangames exist at all.
Out of the blue he says Christ is calling him so he quits. The game is basically finished but now he won't add more features personally. Atheist cucks sneed in the comments.

Assassin's Creed Shadows is already being labeled as "woke" and "disrespectful" following its announcement trailer, primarily due to main characters Naoe and Yasuke, the latter of whom is historically considered Japan's first black samurai.
Ubisoft has finally lifted the lid on the next mainline Assassin's Creed, revealing that Assassin's Creed Shadows will be available on November 15 later this year. While we didn't get any gameplay, we did get a lengthy cinematic trailer going into the backstories of the game's two main protagonists, Naoe and Yasuke. Naoe appears to be a Shinboi from the Japanese provinces, while Yasuke is considered to be Japan's first black samurai, and came into contact with several prominent figures in Japanese history.
That means Assassin's Creed Shadows will center around a woman and a black man, and some people on social media have reacted with exactly the kind of behavior we have come to expect nowadays whenever a protagonist isn't a straight white man. In the replies of Ubisoft's announcement tweet, you don't have to look very hard for people decrying the game as "woke" and "disrespectful", with a sprinkling of DEI in there for good measure.
Assassin's Creed Shadows' Yasuke Is Somehow "Disrespectful" To Japan
Most of the vitriol revolves around Yasuke, with some people taking issue with the fact that they're being made to play as a black man in a Feudal Japan setting, despite the character being a key figure in Japanese history. Some claim that it's inappropriate for Ubisoft to have someone who isn't native to the country as one of the main characters, though I don't think these same people take issue with the fact that the incredibly Welsh Edward Kenway was sailing around the Carribean in Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.
You've also got some stating that Yasuke wasn't actually a samurai, but was a retainer to Oda Nobunaga, and that this somehow "disrespects" Japanese culture. However, people are already pointing out Yasuke was Nobunaga's Kosho, which is essentially the bodyguard or personal servant of a general or lord and is considered a samurai in Japanese history. Just because Yasuke didn't belong to a Samurai clan, it doesn't mean he wasn't one.

Sweet Transit, recently released from the bowels of early access, seemed like it would be the sort of game that I'd find right up my alley, being a proud train and transport appreciator. However, it has some crucial flaws that prevent it from being as good as it should be, and fundamental issues with the progression make it difficult to muster the courage to play through it. To start with the good, it dispenses with the convenience of letting trains turn around anywhere the please. Instead, a train must be turned around, via some kind of dedicated infrastructure. Other options are possible, of course. Later trains have reverse gears, allowing them to go one way and then the other, without using turnaround infrastructure, or one could double head the trains, at the cost of more expensive maintenance. The production lines are interesting and varied, as well. Almost everything else, however, seems like a bad decision. Unlike TTDs challenging and varied terrain, which makes construction somewhat frustrating at times, there is nought but flat ground in this game. There are some hints at terrain, specifically water and mountains, but your trains cannot go up mountains, as terrain is strictly 2d. Presumably, had I played more of the game, the would be tunnels to unlock, which would go through mountains, but I didn't get that far. There is a complicated system of workers and work assignments. You can use trains to move workers to distant industries, as industries need workers to function. Unfortunately, while this system is interesting and fun, the game will start complaining if you build more workers shacks than you can provide full employment for. This ties into the game's most central problem, which is that there is no natural progression. Instead, everything you unlock is tied strictly to the number of workers you have, and if you need more workers, you need to manually build houses for them. This requires logs. There is no research tree, no immigrant attraction. Just build more houses. Maybe there's limits to how many houses you can build, but as previously mentioned, if you're only building enough houses to get to the next step in the tech tree, you'll quickly discover that you've got too many unemployed workers, which may do something to reduce demand for housing, though it never seemed to do much. Another major issue is that this game is sorely lacking in overview cowtools. There's no way to see rates of goods transported by lines, or even a summary view of lines, or global resource production/consumption. You always have to find the building on the map, and check there to see the rates of that specific building. If you want a better game in this vein, I instead suggest Workers and Resources.
